Got half a mile in (half walking/ half walk dancing) in thirty minutes. Also 22 minutes of yoga. My legs are killing me and I’m realizing how out of shape I let myself get it 😭

Here We Go Again
Hesitant to post these pictures because I’ve really just abandoned all fucking fitness and health shit since September. Baby daddy and broke up, and I got in a new relationship. This new guy did not care what I looked like, I therefore lost motivation to take care of myself.
My baby daddy and I are now back together, and while we are trying for another child, I’m still taking the initiative to get back in shape. I’m restarting at about 153 pounds and bigger than I’ve ever been
I got in 20 minutes of yoga and 20 minutes of hip hop tabata tonight. I am so out of shape. So fucking exhausted and sweat coated. But I feel great!

How to lose weight steadily & healthily :
Just a few minutes a day (20-30)
Simple as can be
Literally just start walking daily
Find 20 minutes of your day to take a brisk walk
Then 30 then 40. Maybe jog a little
Maybe start running
Stretch for 5 minutes before & after
Wow you’re a runner now you run daily
Control your portions bit by bit
Make better choices like fruit over a candy bar
Endless amounts of water
Repeat daily

Hey guys. Sorry I’ve been kind of absent. I know there’s not a lot of you on here because it’s the new account but I want to update the ones that are here.
Last Monday I got admitted to the psych ward. I just got out yesterday so I’m going to readjust and then start back into my routine.
I did learn that I’ve lost three pounds so happy about that!

Also did about 10ish on the elliptical. SUPER happy with the mile in 3 minutes on the bicycle! First time my legs have felt like jello in a looong time. Had a small incline on the tread as well!

Still working on it but slowly getting there. Didn’t work today so this is better than normal! Picking up extra hours tomorrow so expecting another 3-4 mike day. Weather is clearing up so should be going only up!

Not the best but here’s the weekend til today update! Pushing myself to get those numbers up but have to find creative ways to get my steps in since it’s been pouring and I can’t get the baby out in it much! Most of my steps come from work and I’ve been picking up more hours so there’s that!
Also planning on getting a Fitbit when I get the extra money!
