Peri Headcanons!

Peri can't dance not at all, he is the definition of two left feet

Just like his mom he loves anything chocolate, cake, cookies, pudding, drinks, ice cream, candy, and brownies

He doesn't care for reading books, he knows how to read of course, he just found himself getting bored sitting and reading. Which is why he like listening to audio books instead! He can listen and do other things at the same time to feel productive (He does like books so he can get a little jealous that Irep can just sit and read for hours without losing interest)

His favorite animal is squirrels, why? Well they remind him of Timmy, though he isn't sure why... They just make him happy

He has a small tattoo on his ankle of a star, its pretty faded because Irep did it with a stick and poke in high school (He has throught about getting re-done but takes forgetting)

He is secretly scared that if he fails at godparenting he'll be disappointing not only his parents or Timmy but all the fairy world

Peri can't stand the smell of fish/fish tanks (He spent too long living in one lol)

When he was younger he'd pick one of his parents to follow around all day to quote "see what grown-ups do"

He can sing pretty well and like doing it! Not in front of a big crowd of people but around his friends and family

He feels bad because as he gets older he remembers less and less of Timmy

Irep Headcanons!

Irep loves cats specifically black cats, beacsue anti-fairies consider them good luck instead of bad.

He will never admit it but he LOVES hallmark Christmas movies

He likes playing the piano, oregon, electric guitar. He learned how to play electric guitar one day when he was bored, but the piano and oregon came very natural to him

Irep has a very well planned and executed hair routine he does every night, along with that he also as a face one too

Along with cats Irep also loves snakes and owns a few!

He can't sleepless its completely silent (fun fact Peri can't sleep unless there is white nosie, so their first nights sleeping in the same bed ended mostly with lots of arguing and sleepless night. This only ended one night when Irep started purring because Peri was rubbing his head, after getting over the embarrassment the purring was a nice compromise to the white nosie promblem)

Perirep Headcanons!

Peri is very bad a cooking so he pretty much just ate store brought stuff or whatever his parents made and sent him. When Irep found out his boyfriend eats mostly pre-made food he was flabbergasted, now always cooks for him, abd if he can't be with him i'll cook it and then tell Peri how to heat it up later

Irep loves those dumb drama romance movies, but he insists that he hates them. So whenever Irep is having a bad day Peri will suggest watching one of his favourite's, and Irep will always argee, because if Peri wants it who is he to say no?

Irep will buy or make little chocolates to hide only where Peri will find them, like jacket pockets, his drawers, or his bags.

Peri was not happy when he found out a news paper was written about him and Irep dating (Yes it was because he is still kinda famous when being born)

Whenever Peri has a really bad pain day Irep goes into full nurse mood and makes sure he stays comfortable, and he makes him whatever he wants, and even though Peri protests Irep can and will carry him anyway he wants. But Peri much rather Irep just stay close so he can lean on him (Which he does proudly)

Both Irep and Peri are pretty jealous, Irep lets his jealously show, if someone hits on Peri he'll yell and try to fight them. Peri jealously is more subtle, if someone hits on Irep Peri will ice out and ignore them well making sure he's the one holding irep's hand (and maybe saying a bitchy thing or two) But most of the time it won't get this far because they both ignore whoever is hitting on them

Perirep Headcanons!

Irep was fucking terrified when he realized he'd begun having feelings deeper then hatred for his opposite, being the prince of anti fairies in all, being in love with a fairy after all was definitely something his father wouldn't like. For Peri he'd only realized his feeling weren't platonic till he and Irep actually kissed, he knew that dating a anti fairy was most likely stupid, dangerous, and very probably illegal

There first kiss may have been a messy angry make out session that start well they were mid fight

Irep has clawed feet so when he and Peri got to the point in there relationship where they were sleeping in the same bed he whore sock so he wouldn't accidentally cut Peri's legs. Peri just thought he was werid for the longest time till he noticed his feet once when showering

Peri is always kinda cold, he has no idea why but when he found out anti fairies naturally run warmer be was excited, but he was even happier when he found out Irep is warmer when he sleeps, now Peri tucks his feet under Irep

Irep secretly loves cheesy romance like slow dancing, walks on the beach, and cuddling by a fire, but he will never admit it. Well being the opposite Peri prefers more private dates like, watching movies at home, making dinner together, and playing games

Peri absolutely hates pickles, but Irep loves them so much, he sometimes eats them as a snack, so whenever Peri gets pickles put on something by accident he gives them to Irep and it makes him so happy

Wanda makes herself Cosmo and Peri all matching sweaters for the holidays, but when Peri told her him and Irep were dating and it got serious, she made one for him as a way of telling him he's a part of the family

Goldie insists she knew they liked eachother before they knew they liked eachother (And she probably right)

Peri used to get really jealous of Sammy when they were younger whenever he hung around Irep, and he just figured it was because he wanted to be involved and to join the fun, he only realized he was jealous when Sammy made a joke on there anniversary about how he was scared Peri was planning to killing him for a while with the death glace he give him all the time

Irep keeped a friendship bracelet Peri made and gave him when they were babys, he liked knowing that someone cared about him enough to give him a hand made gift. Peri found out once on accident when he dropped a box and it fell out, so he made new ones for them. Well Peri takes his to sleep Irep only ever takes it off to shower

Irep is a really good cook, well Peri has the power to burn water, so Irep makes Peri his favourite foods when he's had a bad day (mostly chocolate related)

I know these are long but I had fun making them!

Saving A New Wish: One Show with All (Fairly) Odds Against It

Fairly OddParents: A New Wish is a sequel that managed to surprise almost everybody.

At this point, everyone knows the story of how this popular Nicktoon ended up falling off.....hard. So obviously, when A New Wish was initially announced, no one really expected anything good to come out of it.

Fast forward to now, and there's been a new wave of fans that love this series— including me! Maybe like me, some fans out there started caring about FOP was directly because of this sequel! Whether fans started enjoying since the pilot leaked or since Peri made his first appearance, they've all shown the same amount of love they have for A New Wish.

However, there's been many fans, old and new, around the world that have been waiting to be able to properly watch the series. A New Wish is a co-production with Nickelodeon and Netflix, meaning that the latter has the worldwide distribution rights to the series.

Before I mention something very important to this post, let me share a very important story from Ashleigh Hairston, voice of Hazel and co-executive producer:

To give a quick idea of how Netflix renews its shows:

Netflix will see how many users actually complete the entire first season, so it would unfortunately matter if the show gets 50 million viewers. Why? Because if only less than 50% of those viewers watch every single episode, the show will not be renewed.

Basically, it's up to Netflix to choose whether the show gets cancelled or renewed.

If you're like me, a person who is worried about another good show being cancelled, you'd support this show. A New Wish is a show made with love, and while it's not perfect, it's one of my favorite shows already. So even if you're interested in this show or not, you can try supporting the show by:

-Watching it all for the first time if you're new!

-Rewatching it all, including episodes you may have missed

-Same as the last, but in your second language's dub!

-Leaving full episodes on as background noise (Just remember to tell Netflix you're still watching, views are views!)

-RATE POSITIVELY IF NETFLIX ASKS YOU TO!!!
