I finally watched The Sound of Music and like I get it now, I get it. 

It’s a beautiful two hour love story of a strict man finally opening his heart again and then a fifty minute public service announcement to hate the nazis. Brilliant.

It fills me with joy that these are my and my partner's respective favourite mugs. We'll sit together with our little tea and coffee moments. One mug is an iridescent delicate cloud, the other is a sturdy, big-bottomed girl. I love how couples are.

I hope we get to see Tenax' grief in season 2. I don't believe that Scorpus' death left him unbothered. They have been side by side for years. They were partners. Best friends. I think Tenax is still running from his grief, and I want to see him in season 2 when it finally catches up to him.

I want to see him visit Scorpus' grave. I want to see him sit alone at night, unable to sleep, weeping silently, when there is no one around to hear.

I want him to enter every room half expecting Scorpus to sit there, and feel a foolish little sting of disappointment when of course he isn't there.

I want him to keep seeing Scorpus' face in the crowd, and push past the people, only to inevitably realize it's not his friend.

I want him to tear up the fucking place when he realizes Scorpus is not there and he never will be, again.

I want him to pray to Pluto.

His best friend just died.
