weight loss tips as well as review weight loss products if you've never listened any of my reviews before this is your first time basically it be like if you were one of my good friends in real life and you asked a Justin what do you think about this what do you like what you don't like do you recommend it I'm going to answer all those questions in this video before we get into those details that's discussed in great detail and personally this is my favorite one because you should be eating your mails meals in 20 minutes and the fact is its most people finish their meals within like five to ten minutes on that time frame 5 to 10 minutes doesn't give your stomach enough time another one is drinking lots of water which he discusses in a lot more detail if you want to see like all of the like about fat diminisher the first thing I like is that science backs up a lot of the techniques that he gives you it's not just something like some random technique that he thought of on his own these are like staples in how to lose wait like if someone were to walk down the street just like randomly be like hey Justin like what would you do in order to lose weight a lot of the things I would tell them are actually in this book like for instance the eating slowly the drinking lots of water those are just like two main things you need to do when you're going through weight loss and if you were to go look those types of techniques up online on Google if you're to go like those drinking lots of water help you lose weight or does eating slowly help you lose weight you're going to find a bunch of credible information saying yes it does a lot of people have had success with using those techniques third a lot of people have gotten results with the program if you go look at other reviews online on Google wherever people are having success with this it's not not that amazing to me because of what's talked about again in the book is kind of staples of losing weight the last thing I like is that there's a money-back guarantee so you could purchase it and get your money back if you didn't think it had enough value or you know it just didn't work for you or something like literally you don't even have to have a reason you could buy it and just return it and keep the guide if you really wanted to do that that's how flexible this money back guarantee is here are some things that I don't like about it one it costs money it's going to run you about $37 second there could be a lot more information on exercising now I know this is a guide geared towards more dieting however I still think if you like really want to lose weight and in the long run you can't just diet you need to have some activity some exercise the third thing the marketing is just a little crazy and I mean that's just like with all weight loss programs and all weight loss products in general I mean they're going to do like you lose this amount this about a weight in this little of time and that's great and that actually might have happened but it's unrealistic to say that because one person lost seven pounds in a week that the next person is and it's unrealistic just because one that person you for instance watching this video might only be ten pounds overweight well losing seven pounds in a week when you're only ten pounds overweight is incredibly difficult to do however you know if someone was a hundred pounds overweight they could easily lose seven pounds in a week there are a lot of different variables that are going to affect your personal weight loss and one of those is basically the more you weigh the more overweight you are the easier it is to lose weight so very well if someone probably did lose seven pounds a week because that's not crazy if they wait a lot before I get into my recommendations I wanted to let you guys know that there are some other options out there now i currently have fat diminisher ranked as the number one weight loss program for men and lose overall way but this is all about like losing weight in your stomach and your belly which is where my problem area I think most people want to slim the belly and kind of keep everything else yeah got to talk a little bit about why it works ok so one of the things about this diet is that you break into four meals which was very like it was very reasonable because it was actually you know 1200 calories only you know that no it's not like it exactly and that's why it works because it's broken into four meals and then each meal has a lot of protein and also mu fuh okay let me see let me explain to you what mono unsaturated fatty acid make you know that's why she's here she's good for some she's a teacher here okay so that's basically good fat so what are some of the good fats like oil avocados avocado olive oil peanuts and stuff like that mean fatty acid um also you notice that it has a lot of Sun see what a sunflower season flower seeds it makes you really full flax seed oil I felt like I was eating tomato forever it literally took me a half an hour to have lunch but it kept me full for a while and all it was was like tomatoes and turkey you know it wasn't big heavy food but it still made me fall right and actually I would say in general the four days breakfast made me feel the fullest as I loved your breakfast actually and also like the diet was very um like not boring like every day was different um you do have to make a commitment to go shopping first and we're trying to go shopping together but the snowstorm at the whole thing - sorry guys no footage no footage of that but what you will get is we gonna put the recipes and all details in our blog so links down below and my guys are getting before and after pictures before cars on her channel and mine on my channel yeah and we're also gonna walk you through one day of the diet of the actual meals that we prepared to give you guys two examples of the full meal plan yeah and for me I definitely saw a big difference from day one you see a picture like my stomach that's one thing that I'm really embarrassed about like I can never wear bikini like I've never won a bikini in my life seriously seriously I still can't because like I said like I have a skinny face thank God so that's all you guys said it but like if my fat is in my belly and so that's why this diet really was great to jumpstart and actually what happens after jumpstart is you can choose to go into a 28 days diet which is also based on same principles and it targets the belly targets to belly but it has a little bit more flexibility like it's a 400 calorie per meal and you also split into formula so you have 1600 calories per day and you have lots of choices to choose from so what's your experience like um I did notice that I was going to the bathroom a lot yes we put that out there I was texting her like uh have you been in the bathroom a lot it wasn't anything like inhibiting where you can't leave the house but I just I made a couple of trips um so I guess that was good and that really hate helps to take the toxins out and really deep bloat you and I actually did it the week before my period oh yeah which is my super bloated week so I wanted to see if it was really gonna work in a stressful kind of weird hormonal week like that and I have to say by the end of the four days I actually took my after pictures on the fifth day because I wanted to kind of let it sit a little bit I don't know I thought maybe I would be skinnier the next day and I look the way I normally look without my period bloating so it definitely works in deep bloating did you measure your waist I didn't I lost two inches Wow that's what I should have I couldn't find a measuring thing but what I do know is usually I measure myself through my pants okay so if my pants a little bit looser then that means I lost weight or lost inches I can definitely tell that I lost inches but I did weigh myself I didn't look like seven pounds but I lost like three or four which is still very good four days that's not for me it's very good and um I look lighter and I feel lighter and I feel better actually I feel more energy that's good so she weighed herself I didn't I I did the interest she's in it so you guys get the best of boat that actually works out perfectly yeah but you can lose between one and five inches they say and up to seven pounds on this side oh and also want to share with you there's this thing called the sassy water and basically a mixture really cool things like maize kind of annoying some ginger cucumber and lemon and lemon all of which is really good for you but specifically ginger actually helps with your stomach oh really yeah and it is metal too bad it gave it a nice anyway enjoyed it I don't know if maybe I was scared when I heard ginger I was like oh what's this but it didn't taste bad you're supposed to make it the night before in eight and a half cups of water and then the next day drink the whole thing throughout the day just to keep your water intake and keep flushing everything out yeah and definitely I think that it requires you or mostly meals it requires you to drink that water which not only helps detox everything and helps bloating but also I think it makes you go to the bathroom or it makes you feel full also and so everything just gets out of your system that's definitely a good detox water even on a regular day another point that I just have to throw in there the smoothies it's on breakfast lunch snack and dinner you didn't like them I know I liked it also guys loved actually fondue blender okay.i blender broke but now I'm just for the night yeah and now I'm gonna make much more smoothie to spread I like them a skim milk with dips like frozen and fruit and then you can throw in some flaxseed oil and you just drink it and it's very good for you it's a snack and into the flaxseed oil there was another option that instead you could like eat a spoonful of sunflower seeds so I just did that because I couldn't find flaxseed oil and it didn't sound too appetizing but I really like the smoothies actually made one this morning for breakfast with all the leftover frozen fruit that I had and I drank that it was a lot so I drank like three cups of that and it kept me full through lunch alright guys so I'm going to go into some pictures of what I did for one of the four days and after that let's go to co-ceos channel and let's find out exactly what this diet is about and how you can do it and some more details here are some examples of some my meals in the past four days and you'll see that these meals are very healthy and wholesome and there's a lot of food and a good mixture of vegetables fruits and protein and also Moo feh which is what makes you fill up and not feel hungry all the time oh is that move for combined with these foods actually makes you lose to belly fat and here is the magical sassy water that we talked about here's day two details for breakfast one cup of rice krispies one cup skim milk and then some sunflowers and pineapple and glass of sassy water for lunches three ounce chunk light tuna and water 1 cup steamed baby carrots one low-fat string cheese and glass of sassy water and this is lovely pineapple smoothie in which you combine 1 cup skim milk with 4 ounce of pineapple Tibbets and juice and some blender blend away and then some flexi oil combined and for dinner is 3 ounce grilled chicken breast half a cup cooked brown rice glass of sassy water and with some mushroom mixing salty with one teaspoon of olive oil okay so this is my before and after now I'm a little bit embarrassed because I feel like I look so fat before and now even after is not like I have a completely
