I love when black actresses of the same level of skill and caliber get to EAT DOWN. It’s a shame that their plot was a side one because Denee, Audra and Phylicia know how to command the screen.

Final thoughts:

This Part One of Wednesday was so all over the place plot wise and the campiness couldn’t hide the cracks. I was in it for the ride, I’m still in but there are so many storylines that could be cut.

Wednesday has such a unique world building in the first season but now this show feels so fractured and it doesn’t know if it wants to be That’s So Raven for people with jack skeleton pjs.
