This is not an "AI-generated horror entity". My partner did not slave away on these art pieces for literal days on end just for some randos to take a quick glance and just go "THiS Is AyE EyE!" This shit is so fucking infuriating to see and I am frankly fucking tired of people who have nothing better to do than to spit on the hard work of actual artists who work their asses off and put their creative hearts out there for others to even deign to have the privilege to experience.

I am so fucking tired of AI and it's because shit like this keeps happening, where ACTUAL FULL BLOWN ARTISTS of even the likes of MASAHIRO ITO work hard all their lives to develop their skills and people just assume it's all AI generated cause they don't have a creative bone in their own bodies and therefore can't even begin to fathom whether someone can make what they're looking at.

For context: This creature was an art prompt for a contest on this site. My partner enjoyed the prompts so much they made two pieces for them just for fun. This was one of those prompts. And they drew it from start to finish with their own two hands.

Hey everyone, I know it's going to be a busy day for a lot of people, but Google enrolled everyone over 18 into their AI program automatically.

If you have a google account, first go to gemini.google.com/extensions and turn everything off.

Then you need to go to myactivity.google.com/product/gemini and turn off all Gemini activity tracking. You do have to do them in that order to make sure it works.

Honestly, I'm not sure how long this will last, but this should keep Gemini off your projects for a bit.

Knowing that once my current project is over, I will lose my job.

Everyone tries to reassure me that I'll find another one, but I seriously don't think I belong in the industry in the first place. I got here because I was lucky, and I feel like I stayed through the process of elimination. It's true. I really do believe I'm on the lowest rung of skill, and I've come to kind of accept that face on.

I've been so exhausted from working, and ironically, I hadn't had time to just sit and create. I hadn't had time to grow, and it shows tremendously. I never really belonged here, and I never will. That's the sad but honest truth.

I'm just more afraid of not being able to land any kind of job after this. Art or otherwise.
