a little girl at work said 'bye, pizza head' to me today and her mother was appropriately annoyed at her - we don't call people pizza head - and then apologized to me and mentioned her daughter usually only reserves that for her (the mom) and her (the girl's) sisters, and like.

That's a compliment then! I feel honored to be relegated to pizza head when it's a family insult 😅

finally watching leverage season 1 in the correct order instead of the airing order and (who saw this coming) it really does make significantly more sense. highly recommend.

it's always really funny to read reviews of the murderbot books that are like 'we eventually learn that the secunit is not a mindless automaton after all but a person, who hacked the module that controls its behavior and just wants to watch its tv shows in peace' as if that isn't literally the first thing we learn about it. like, the first sentence:
