Фэйлин с более проработанной внешностью. Откуда я взяла вдохновение на эту полноценку? Просто слушала музыку, слушала... И меня зацепило.

Сделать это было непросто. Однако, в то же время удивительно легко. Арт занял всего лишь... Ммм.. Шесть часов (кстати, одну и ту же мелодию я слушала всё это время, + когда набиралась вдохновения. А вам слабо семь часов слушать одно и то же? Пхахах). И результат мне нравится. Конечно же, я обязательно позже обнаружу на нём косяки и ошибки, но, надеюсь, смогу смотреть на него еще и с позитивными эмоциями.

Сравнивая с моей первой полноценкой, на которую я потратила 13 часов, я понимаю, насколько подрос мой скилл.

Плюс, могу сказать, что сложные фоны мне даются с каждым разом лучше. Да, они пока простенькие, но я думаю, что это уже прогресс. Дальше будет только лучше.

It wasn't easy to do that. However, at the same time it is surprisingly easy. The art only took... mmm.. Six hours (btw, I've been listening to the same tune all this time, + when I was getting inspired. Is it hard for you to listen to the same thing for seven hours? Pahahah). And I like the result. Of course, I'll definitely find some bugs and mistakes on it later, but hopefully I'll be able to look at it with positive emotions as well.

Comparing with my first full-fledged workout, which I spent 13 hours on, I realize how much my skill has grown.

Plus, I can say that I get better at backgrounds every time. Yes, they are still simple, but I think that this is already progress. It's only going to get better.

I'm finally confident that the Beta version of of the Your Boyfriend Desktop Buddy is good enough to share. The link is here, and details are under the cut! It's a free game, but your comments and feedback mean everything to me, so please drop em, even if they're short. Features:

Idle Dialogue: Peter will say random things while idling on your desktop, with his dialogue evolving based on how you interact with him. If you'd prefer peace and quiet, you can also mute him.

Interactions: You can kiss Peter by moving your mouse over his head (without clicking) or hit him by double-clicking his face. His reactions will change based on how often you do each action.

Standard Functions: Peter can:

Set images as your wallpaper

Empty your recycle bin

Display your computer’s stats

Check for new emails (if you've configured your POP settings in SSP)

Relationship System: Peter tracks how you treat him, adjusting his dialogue and reactions accordingly. You can check your status with him or reset his memory to start fresh if you want.

Dialogue Depth: While Peter may not talk much at random, his menus contain a lot of dialogue. You can ask him questions on various topics, and his responses will vary based on your interactions. Even familiar questions might lead to unexpected answers.

Gifts: You can give Peter gifts, and what he accepts may change depending on your relationship status.

This is a beta version of the desktop buddy, with more content and updates to come. But please do leave a comment or reach out if you encounter any bugs, weird-looking sprites, or just anything that seems off. This is my first game, and there'll be kinks to work out!

Меня радует мой прогресс. Скетчу снизу страницы около трех-четырех месяцев, точную дату не помню. А скетч сверху нарисован совсем недавно. Мне нравится, что я стала увереннее чувствовать бумагу, четче прорисовывать линии и чувствовать тени. Складки всё еще не идеальны, но уже лучше, чем было, хехе)

Надеюсь, прогресс не замедлится, и тогда уже через пару лет я буду рисовать очень даже неплохо.

Кстати говоря, снизу - старый дизайн моей Фэйлин. Понятия не имею, сколько еще раз он изменится, но мне интересно смотреть за его деформациями :³

I'm happy with my progress. The sketch at the bottom of the page is about three or four months old, I don't remember the exact date. And the sketch on top was drawn quite recently. I like that I have become more confident in feeling paper, drawing lines more clearly, and feeling shadows. The folds are still not perfect, but it's better than it was, hehe)

I hope that progress will not slow down, and then in a couple of years I will be drawing very well.

By the way, the bottom is my Faylin's old design. I have no idea how many more times it will change, but I'm interested in watching its deformations :3
