Yes. And he still cries about it.

I imagine him walking into a clearing, crying, looking at the night sky, and as the sun rises, he goes numb.

The tears have dried on his cheeks. His eyes are still burning. Sniffing hurts now. And he’s finally sunk to his knees—something only Wisdom would do, but never Pride.

But before the guilt consumes him, Pride slips back into place like a mask. The emotions are still raw, but he already made up his mind a long time ago and the Dread Wolf is stubborn.

do you think solas cried after crestwood? do you think he walked to a quiet clearing so he could be sure he was alone, or do you think he held it together until they were back at skyhold? did he find some corner away from the rotunda where he could cry without anyone knowing, or do you think they heard him sometimes, late at night, and pretended not to?

i started drawing this just because i wanted to draw fenris again, this then got out of hand and it ended up in me sketching another 22 illustrations like this. i will post two more in the following days and hopefully i will pick up the other sketches again as well... somehow a replay of origins came in my way.
