~ Deckerd’s Stance Seemed to Slowly change Aswell, but it was barely Noticeable by the way Crossline was Advancing Backwards. The little Brave took a Mental note of how The Larger Mech Didn’t seem To Like His Siren.. It might come in Handy Later.
His Headlights Pinned back as he watched The Mech’s Movements Closely.. What was he up too? Then he Realized that he was Making a Go for the Part he had Planned on stealing! No wonder why he was Speaking in such a way- He was buying himself time! Well times Up Stranger. ~
“ Okay. ”
~ Deckerd Suddenly Shot a Wire from One of his Cuffs And Sent it towards the Mech. But instead of Hitting Crossline, It Wrapped around the Part he was So desperately trying to get And Yoinked it Back to the Brave. Once it reached his Servos the Wire retracted back into his cuff. He looked to Crossline in a sort of Half Smug and half Curious manner. ~
“ Now Let me ask You a Question. How Important Is this Part To you? ”
Crossline attempted to snatch the part as it flew by him, his servo failing to close around it by a hair. His glare on the Brave intensified, mouth forming a sneer underneath his mask. He should crush this little mech and go on his way, he really should. Maybe that would teach him to mind his own business.
He paused, recollecting himself, and began walking back to Deckerd, intent on snatching the part from his hands.
“Important enough that I think you should call it a day and be satisfied with just retrieving the part.” The jet warned. “Because if you think you’re going to get that part and take me in, you’ve got another thing coming.”
He gave the mini only a second to think about what he had said before he lunged for him, grasping for the part. He was getting off this hunk of rock, and this mech was not going to stop him.

"I'm glad that these sparklings are showing up for everyone but me, considering I don't have the least clue how to care for one." He pauses, a thought taking hold. "All though...."

Continued From
@ofpolyhex:
A thin wisp of smoke curls from their shoulder-mounted cannon as they wait for the dust to clear, the light of their optic sweeping back and forth warily. At the sound of approaching footsteps, they turn on their heel to face the newcomer, the movement shifting their silhouette into a hulking mass of sharp edges and over-bright biolights.
They’d anticipated a continuation of the prior fight, and are left visibly bewildered when the stranger greets them with concern. They stare down at him in momentary silence, shuttering their optic in a blink, once, twice before they jolt out of their aggression-fueled trance and wave their servo dismissively.
“Huh? No, I’m fine. They got the drop on me, is all!”
The collective they appear to have made themselves scarce–a wise choice, judging by the level of poorly-aimed destruction the heavily-armed mech wreaked in response to being provoked. The hum of their weapons systems fades into silence as they’re deactivated, and they return to their usual friendly, almost puppyish demeanour as they lean in conspiratorially.
“Didn’t know this sector had a bandit problem. You’re not with them, are you? I’d hate to get stabbed in the back. Again.”
Servo’s held up in the air, he takes a step away from the spindly mech, eyes locked on the barrel of the cannon on their shoulder as Crossline attempts to regain a semblance of personal space. His wings tighten behind his back as his arms lower back to his sides.
The swing in demeanor is minorly unsettling, making him wonder if he was better off not saying anything at all. They certainly were capable of handling some wayward bandits by themselves.
“Bandits? I thought the issue with them in this sector was common knowledge.”
Smugglers and thieves in this area, usually. He did do business with them from time to time, nothing that would classify as being ‘with them’, but considering the overkill here, he wasn’t about to go telling this mech about that. Letting his wings relax, he scans their frame for where they apparently got stabbed - were they referring to this incident, or a previous one?
Unable to find anything off his initial glance, he steps back into their space, a frown forming on his face beneath his mask.
“Where did you get stabbed?”

" Even if an Evil is Nessasary- It's still Evil. "
~ His Headlights Twitched As the Other Approached him. He Didn't Flinch as he Looked up to the much Taller Mech. He didn't Seem to Be attempting at escape- Heck- If Deckerd knew any better he thought he could hear traces of Interest & Slight Relief in The Mech's Tone. And Since he Dropped the Part he was going to Attempt to make Off with- He Probably Assumed That This little Brave couldn't stand Much a Chance against him.. A common Mistake made by Many.
The Small Blue Brave Tilted his Helm Slightly as Crossline Asked for an Introduction. Isn't he aware he's trying to Arrest him for Stealing? You'd think it wouldn't matter To a Criminal who You were if you were if you were an Officer. But He wasn't going to be Rude and Refuse to answer- He did Ask After all. ~
" I am Deckerd, Leader of the Brave Police. "
~ He Stated Respectfully Before Pulling out his Badge as a Little siren Blared from it. ~
Crossline took a startled step back as the siren began blaring. Eyes darted back to the part he left laying on the ground; it wasn’t vital, but it’d be useful, and he didn’t want to leave it behind if he didn’t have to.
His eyes focused back on Deckerd with a glare, taking another step away from the police officer.
“You think some common theft is evil, huh?” Another step. He was retreating, if slowly. Kept his eyes on the smaller bot, watching for any move against him. He’d take the little guy down if he had to, but he wanted to be closer to what he actually came for first. The siren seemed obscenely loud - was he calling for reinforcements or just trying to scare him?
“You said you were a leader, right? What message do you think it’ll send the people who follow you if you let me get away now?” Crossline taunted. He was nearly to the part, now he was just buying time and trying to egg the officer into coming at him.
“You’re confident, Deckerd, I’ll give you that. Show me it’s not all talk.”
