All I can hear is him yelling...he's yelled 4 times today... Not at me though at the dogs he wanted... Idk what's got him mad ... I hope he stops yelling though I haven't recovered from the last temper tantrum he's had and my sleep and mood have been off since then doubt he'll take me to therapy this week though

Not being on tumblr or even on discord much anymore has both helped and hasn't helped tbf the problem isn't the apps it's my dad who I can't leave cause he'll stalk people again... But I'm also just content leaving every single discord server I'm in I've left a few tbh it's not anyone it's me my mental health doesn't wanna get better I think it's getting worse tbh I don't think it'll get better tbh and that's fine idc anymore but nah because of it I just don't see myself posting much I have art I'm trying to do but even then I can't focus on it hopefully with a medication increase it changes (doubt) but Idfk I just don't wanna talk in discord servers I guess again not mad at anyone but like if I don't answer in a discord server I've either muted it entirely or left I'm in Joel's still the priest ones and the one my brother and I have and that's it tbh

This dust storm needs to end soon it's been like 4 days dude I can't even step outside cause I can't breathe properly dude I just wanna go to my therapy on Friday and I may have to miss again... Also my dad's angry about something and I'm nervous about it but I can't drink cause apparently last time I did I uh got umm alcohol poisoning.... Oops but like there's nothing else to do it's either my dad yells and hits things or I suffer and go outside and have an asthma attack 😔 can I plz get a break from everything just a few days is all I ask there's more I wanna complain about but like I don't wanna start anything so I won't but like some of you already know if not DM me or don't idc
