Sometimes blogs follow you and you think “That has to be spam“ and you look at them and you are just like. “Well. I guess. . .not?“

As a person who speaks four languages I can so agree with the entire last post. I struggle a lot with finding words in my mothertongue and idioms. I translated “i can’t quite put my finger on it“ into German and my friends were like “What? You know we have a German one for that“ and i was like “It’s not German?“

You're not going to believe me but this actually happened so....

Me and my best friend /twin/better half were at Mcdonald cause we had a really shitty day at work and we were like “let’s go and eat mcflurry”. So we get there - and I was wearing a custom made shirt she got me that said the first verses of 21st century girl on the back and the title on the sleeve- get our flurries and sit down and she’s like “that girl over there said jhope” and she kept staring and I told her to stop but made really subtle kpop stuff like TT and we kept talking about kpop so we could maybe recognize each other.

Long story short : we didn’t dare to ask them and one of the girls left the McDonalds screaming “JHOOOOOOOPE” and i went after them screaming through the entire parking lot “YOU CAN’T JUST SCREAM JHOPE AND LEAVE!”

 End of story: Me and my bestie now have to new friends.
