hey hi hello everybody

Pardon me as I climb out of the hole that became my account *sweats nervously* I took a very long break from tumblr for a variety of reasons, and I do want to apologize for not giving notice I’m currently making a lot of strides in my personal life and mental health journey: - I lost my job two weeks into quarantine and hit my lowest point since I was 13 (hello rock bottom) - I started therapy - I finally moved out of my parents house - I got diagnosed with adhd and got medicated for it - I got a job after being unemployed for 8 months

So all of that going on, most of my content production has moved over to TikTok and Twitch, whilst I work on getting my life in order

On my Twitch stream, I play Pathfinder 2E with my wonderful boyfriend as the game master and four of our good friends from highschool and college. Along with being a player in the stream, I am also in charge of running the Instagram and am the official character artist! Below is the composite I made of all of our characters:

I also dove a bit more thoroughly into the crafting side of cosplay and have been working on expanding my repertoire outside of my limited Harry Potter repertoire of before

7. What is the longest you’ve worked on a thread?

A year. Both Double Date and All is Fair in Love and War took a year to make. There were a lot of bumps in the road to making it a reality, but we got it done and I’m super pleased with the results! 

14. What’s the most stupid thing you’ve forgotten to do when rping a character? 

Press record. I-I have no excuse...

21. What is something that the community has done for you?

The community has given me incredible friends! I am so grateful for all of the people who have entered my life. They have helped me get through the ups and downs of life. I threw myself a graduation today and I was so happy to see some of my friends there (on zoom)! 

28. Have you ever gotten anon (or non annon) hate? How did you deal with it?

I have.  If it’s a petty little thing, then I just block and delete. Blocking and deleting is my main policy, however there was one time I got a nasty anti-semitic anon, which I responded to.

35. What’s your opinion on canon?

There’s a lot to explore and talk about with canon. There are things I like about it and things that I don’t. I appreciate the world and the characters that have been built, but at the end of the day, if I can’t save my favorite characters in canon then I’ll save them with fan-fiction. *looks over at the Marauders*

42. Name someone who is inactive at the moment but you miss seeing in your dash.

MICKEY & EG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY LOVES! MY LIFE! MY INSPIRATION!

I love these two ladies very much! They’re on TikTok now, so I get to see them there but I still miss them popping up on my dash as Rpers.

49. If you were to redo an old thread, which one would it be? What would you change?

Ooh that’s tough. To be honest, I think I’d like to redo my first ever thread. Now that I’m more experienced and have developed new skills, I’d like to apply those to the writing and filming process on my end. I can’t remember the title but it was a thread about Andromeda and Narcissa. I did it with @jellyfishnshakespeare who’s coming back into the community!

did anybody else have a moment as a kid/teen where you suddenly realized that you were more than likely never going to have one of those big adventures that you read abt in YA novels. and u were going to just have a normal life with normal problems, and got real sad. and even tho u now see value in a regular life, part of you still wants magic powers and a rag tag group of ride-or-die friends who are out to save the world
