Frank once had to beg for resources just to paint the house and Bill was reluctant because he didnāt understand it.
At the end of their lives, we see Frankās paintings everywhere, all over their house and town. Which means that he not only was able to get Bill to see the importance of maintaining art and beauty, but that Bill went out of his way to make sure Frank always had paint on hand.
That just goes to show the strength of their love and Billās character development. One of the most romantic queer media pieces Iāve ever watched. Beautiful, gutting, perfect.

Still thinking about The Last of Us:
There's something about Ellie inheriting her gun from Frank that scratches the itch in my brain.
A baby queer inheriting something from a queer elder.
A queer elder who got to live passing down an object of protection to a baby queer whose superpower is that she lived
The mirrored role both Ellie and Frank play(ed) in Joel and Bill's lives.
Yeah. Itched scratched.
#THIS#ALL OF THIS#THE AMOUNT OF SYMBOLISM NOT JUST ABOUT TLOU BUT IN MODERN TIMES WITH HOW (most) OF THE QUEER COMMUNITY PROTECT EACH OTHER AND I JUST š¤§

Girl why is it always men who hate Abby. Like just saw a tik tok of someone replaying the whole first game to kill Jerry with a flamethrower and ādoing the lords workā. Like grow the hell up if you can deal with the same meaning of the game in red dead 2 and not throw a hissy fit you can do the same with tlou2.
Iām not saying you have to like Abby, find her attractive or anything. Just respect the point of her character and what you would do in her shoes like they did in rdr2. I find it ridiculous that the male fan base can understand the moral of the story when itās men but if itās women they completely disregard the point (wow just like real life)
Male fanbase with TLOU2: ā o I got the moral and its stupidā
Male fanbase for rdr2: āWHAT A HARROWING STORY!!! May Author be in our hearts in his honor letās end war thereās no point in violence for closureā

If they incorporate tlou2 into the show (I really think they shouldn't please just leave it alone) I really really hope they at the very least ATTEMPT to keep Abby's figure. Don't take away her muscles!! Not just because they're amazing but also because of her representation!!
Keep Abby buff
(Or just leave tlou2 alone idk that's my opinion)

Imagine making Eddie a scarf for Christmas. You're still learning how to knit, and it doesn't turn out very well :( You're a little embarrassed of how wonky it is, but it's all you have to give him.
Eddie opens it and he's silent for a moment. You think he hates it, but then you realize he's got tears in his eyes. He's in absolute awe because you made this for him?? Just to keep him warm?
It's the best gift he's ever gotten. He wears that ratty little scarf every goddamn day.
