The brotherhood and the X-Men finding out about Cherik. (Please pretend this is chronologically correct)

It did seem weird that Charles and Erik would always leave at 4 pm on Saturday at the same time, no matter what important event, situation, or emergency there was. Leave 4pm, come home 5pm.

At first no one thought about it, the brotherhood would be too scared to ask Erik and the X-Men would just assume that Charles was meeting up with Moira. Until after Erik was imprisoned (X2)

They would check Charles schedule, before Erik was in prison it would just suggest "Meeting" but now it said "Visit Erik's prison".

"Wait you don't thin-" Scott said, before he was cut off by storm

"you don't actually think that this 'important' meeting that Professor would go to every week was with Magneto?" Ororo said, almost laughing

"Its fair to assume Oro" Jean said.

Ororo rolled her eyes, Scott forgot about it, and Jean didn't care that much. But they all agreed to keep a prep bag of tools and equipment just in case anything happens to the Professor

While Erik was in jail, Mystique and Azazel would check up on Erik, Azazel teleporting in and asking if Erik needed anything, and Erik ignoring him because he didn't wanna be saved by him. This one time, Mystique begged Azazel to visit Erik, worried since Erik wouldn't talk to them. Azazel agreed, teleporting in Erik's cell. Shocked as he saw Erik playing chess with Charles, teleporting out as soon as he saw Charles, reporting everything back to Mystique who was Erik's right hand woman. Pyro overheard everything.

Even though Pyro hated the X-Men and everything there, he had to tell someone.

"John! What happened? Bobby said freaking out, its not every day your ex-bestfriend who decides to join an evil mutant leader randomly unblocks you and messages you "WE NEED TO CALL NOW"

"OKAY SO I OVERHEARD AZAZEL AND MYSTIQUE" John said, full of excitement

"this is why you called me? With hot goss" You could almost see Bobby's disappointment.

"MAGNETO AND PROFESSOR! THEY MEET UP EVERY WEEK" John screamed

".." Bobby didn't reply, he has heard rumors from the other students about this schedule, and now it's confirmed??

Bobby just exclaimed a yelp and hung up the phone, John rolled his eyes.

"PROFESOR SCOTT!!" Bobby yelled, Scott came running. Bobby told him everything, Scott told Ororo and Jean and the rumors spread wildfire, even reaching the brotherhood.

The next time the Professor went to visit, Scott insisted on coming. (Okay then ykyk they get kidnapped by Stryker. Watch X2)

But this time it's different.

After Magneto and Mystique broke into the Cerebro 2, Magneto first asked Mystique to wait outside, wanting to talk to the Professor.

He came up to Stryker's son, putting his helmet on his head, making him defenseless. Charles came out of the illusion, panting.

"CHARLES! are you okay?" Erik said concerned, just mere hours ago they were playing chess and flirting.

"Erik? Wha-what happened?" Charles said, he felt faint and exhausted.

"Look, the X-Men and Mystique are here. Do not focus okay?" Erik said alerting Charles.

"okay okay" Charles said, trying to listen.

Erik was scared, but he needed to put on a show, he called mystique back, and did their plan of switching Charles to focus on humans.

The only people who knew about them were Jean and Hank. During their visits, Erik would tell them the plan, Charles would think of a defense. (Just imagine them using war as foreplay)

Charles wouldn't tell Jean EVERYTHING, but that he read Erik's mind and knew his plans. (But she knew because it's obvious)

The X-Men defeat Erik and Mystique using this brilliant plan that Jean just 'thought of'

The rumors get too loud, and everyone is asking is it true? Even Erik gets asked.

Then its too late, they have no more excuses and confess.

The X-Men were shocked, the Brotherhood(full of gays) was more supportive. The X-Men were worried about how this would affect the war, plans, and stuff. While the Brotherhood celebrated more, still intimidated as Erik showed them that this fact didn't change him.

Charles and Erik were more open about their relationship, still keeping secretive.

Erik can see, smell, and feel metal. Using his power he can feel the tug of metal, the place of it, and what type of metal it is. He could control the electromagnetic field as well. Erik is very powerful.

How come he keeps losing to Charles?

Charles can control people's minds, reaching as deep as their memories go. He could project and manipulate anything he wants. Charles is very powerful.

How come he keeps losing to Erik?

Simple answer:

They don't want to win, even if they want to. Charles could never pull the trigger, Erik could never hurt him.

And sooner than later the X-Men and the Brotherhood will notice it.

I am Magneto, i am selfish, power-hungry, evil, and the cause of misery to humans while giving justice to mutants.

You are Professor X, you are righteous, friendly, good, and have given equality to the world.

But really..

I am Erik, i see that the world is wrong to our kind, and i will be the one that brings humans down for all the crimes they have done. I grew up surrounded by injustice, humans hating other humans.

You are Charles, you see that the world is wrong to our kind, you want to bring equality to every mutant and human. So our earth can have peace, where we all can live in harmony. You grew up surrounded by abuse, your own family doing dreadful acts.

And there's nothing we can do to change that.

Erik loves Charles.

The way he would run his fingers through his hair.

How he would laugh in the smoothest tone, always being there for him, caring for him, loving him. Erik loved that Charles was optimistic, he didn't see eye to eye with him with his opinions but liked that he fought for it. Charles was always confident and comfortable in his skin.

Charles challenged Erik like no other, from chess games to the field. Erik knew that men like Charles were rare. Where else could you find such a brave spirited man? Erik treasured Charles like no other.

Charles and Erik's personality changing in opposite ways.

X-Men First Class-

Charles was happier, he was optimistic and really passionate about helping other mutants. Wanting to bring them home

Erik didn't trust them, wanting to kill them and get his revenge for everything they have done to Mutants.

X-Men Dark Phoenix-

Charles was done, he lost so much and was ready to give up. He was no longer passionate or optimistic about everything, only doing what he needed to do.

Erik was happier, he wanted to offer the same thing that Charles offered him, he wanted to settle down really.

Rewatching the X-men origin movies and realizing that in every movie Charles and Erik are in, they always say goodbye to each other.

Even after everything they have faced, they always say goodbye such as this will be the last time they will ever meet.

"Goodbye old friend" -Erik (X-Men DOFP)

The first time, Erik says "Good bye old friend" as a way to signal that even after all the fighting. He still thinks of Charles as a friend(weh), a person he trusted, and a fighter. Maybe they were on two different sides of the war, but they were really just 2 sides of the same coin.

"Goodbye Erik" -Charles (X-Men DOFP)

Charles addresses Erik by his name, a way to make his final word to Erik for the while, personal. He doesn't want Erik to leave (him again), he is tired of everything, all this back and forth fighting. He broke Erik out of jail, he confronted him and he apologized. He wants him to stay but he wants it to be his choice. He doesn't have a choice but to say goodbye.

"Goodbye old friend" -Charles (X-Men Apocalypse)

Charles has found peace finally, he accepts the fact that Erik doesn't want to stay. So he lets him go, he told Erik already if he could do anything to make him stay. He knows that Erik has unfinished business and that he couldn't stay even if he wanted too. But he still begged him.

"Good luck Professor" -Erik(X-Men Apocalypse)

Erik wishes him good luck, he did want to stay, but he can't, it was too late for him to change. He was Magneto, he was Professor X. No one can change that.

"Just because it heals, doesn't mean it doesn't hurt"

Wade Wilson heals, he could be stabbed, shanked, hit, or kicked yet it'll seem like nothing ever happened.

But just because he heals, doesn't mean it doesn't hurt. Right?

Wade wakes up in a panic everyday, sweating and shaking as his brand new skin reacts to the crisp air. Yes it heals but the pain stays--the memory stays.

He is a masochist, pain may be his love language. He knows that.

The first night that Logan slept over, he slept on their couch as Logan refused to share Wade's twin bed. Logan is a light sleeper(duh). He woke up so suddenly hearing sounds of panting during the night. Being himself he went to check, he saw Wade shaking, sweating as he scratched the new skin. Logan stared before he went back to sleep.

Ever since that day, Logan would fight just enough to entertain Wade. Keeping away his claws.

I head canon that Erik doesn't know how to play chess.

Erik has spent all of his life before he met Charles hunting Nazi's, and knowing him, he probably didn't have the resources even to play chess, only knowing the game from stories and television.

And now the very pretty man asks him if he wanted to play, and being down bad, he couldn't/doesn't wanna say no. Too embarrassed to tell Charles that he doesn't know how to play.

Charles raises his eyebrows, it's obvious that Erik doesn't know how to play, he keeps confusing the queen and king, moving the bishop in a straight line, and castle horizontal. But he doesn't say anything, letting Erik move illegally. He's very cocky and loves shoving it down people's throat but he doesn't wanna interfere, he knows Erik's past and feels out of place.

Charles lets Erik win their first games, Erik feels satisfied and relieved and you could see it in his face. He couldn't believe that all his guesses were right(That's what he thinks). But after a while, he decides to finally learn the game and opens a book.

His face turned red immediately, everything he did was wrong, he embarrassed himself in front of the very pretty man! He doesn't know if hes blushing from embarrassment or love. He was embarrassed yet the fact that Charles let him win, let him gloat. He put the rulebook away.

Their next match, this time Erik played correctly. Charles didn't wanna say anything but smile slightly.

Charles' first reaction was confusion, why didn't Logan tell him that he was his son before the breakout?(Dofp) Now here he is, his hands shaking as he reads Peter Maximoff's file. Ever since he registered to the school, having to void his gaze every time he walks by. The man he loved(or loves hehe), he trusted, who left him. How could he just treat this normally?

Since Raven told him, all he thinks about is what if Erik never left him? The future they could've built, did Erik even tell him about their past history? All these thoughts floating around in his head.

We have already seen Raven's reaction in apocalypse, she was shocked, the man she trusted, who she followed, who treated her like a real person. She always thought they were true, yet the way Erik looked at Charles, he never looked at her like that. was this part of the reason why she resented Charles?

The way she could see his eyes in Peter, her heart was broken in pieces, maybe she thought they had a chance to rebuild where they left off. But Erik was always too focused on his Brotherhood then her, always putting her aside.

TL;DR:

Charles felt weird, all the horrible memories he had repressed flooding back. Peter only reminded him of all the empty promises that Erik had promised him, about the future home they would've build.

Raven was heartbroken, even after everything, she hated him(i mean Erik literally tried to kill her) and resented him even. Yet still daydreamed about the future they could've had.

Basically they all want Erik.

Profesor X is nothing but business, he wants peace for both mutants and humans and will do anything to achieve it. If he needs to sacrifice his team to do it, he will. The brotherhood of Mutants? They are the enemy, and they will be stopped. He will use everything he has to win. Even if it means losing someone close to him.

Now Charles, he is sentimental, bringing things that are dear to him close to his heart. How many nights have he cried thinking about Raven, about Erik leaving him. He learned from his mistakes and knew, that in this line of business. Never let anything near his heart again. But Erik. Always finding a passage, a way to make him blush. After promising himself he would never love again, there is Erik just across the battlefield.

Stage 1-

Watching all the movies and edits. Jumping up and down when it gets even the slightest mention

Reading fanfiction, finding ships, being giddy and kicking your feet. Inserting yourself into the show/movie.

Desperately looking for new content, have rewatched the movie/show about 10 billion times.

Stage 4-

Crying because you have no one to talk too about it, decorating your room with merch, having mutuals with the same interest. LETTING YOUR SOUL ASCEND.

Stage 5-

Acceptance, also means staying up at 3 am to finish slow burn, fluff fic or a tortured, angst fic of your favorite ship

If i had a penny for everything there was an old man character who would sacrifice children, then in their prequel movies, was really attractive and fell in love with a girl whom they had to erase. I would have 2 pennies which isnt a lot but its weird it happened twice
