Like the idea of the scientist on the ark Doing blood transfusion, bone marrow and organ transplants to Maria, with Shadow, to see if his chaos energy would replenish her immune system, and it slowly working but As a side effects they share chaos energy, then GUN raids the place, Maria, hoping they could get a second being shoved into the pod by shadow and convincing him to get in and them escaping and then!!!! landing getting separated by GUN again, and Shadow (as canon being awoken by Eggman etc etc) while maria, being woken up by his chaos energy going off again and again, searches for him. She knows he's alive, and he believes she is dead, tricked by Eggman, then black doom, and with no complete memory of his own, til they reunite.
