Hello Draco, my name is dave, i noticed you have hidden your mod DA Mage of Ferelden the one that has mages in DAI wear DA2 robes. i would like to ask you a download link for it, i cant seem to download it in your blog (i dont know where the dl link is, and in nexus you have hidden it. May i download your mod please i missed playing DAI and its not the same without your mod.

DAI/MEA Frosty Troubleshooting

Some of these fixes will likely work for other games too, but the main goal of this Troubleshooting is for Dragon Age Inquisition and Mass Effect Andromeda

DA - Blonde Tamlen

By request, my Tamlen morph but with blonde hair. The mod contains morphs for Tamlen from the Dalish Origin (as if you don’t know!).

This includes:

Select Textures and Tints

.mor files. A healthy and a corrupted version for your camp encounter

Remove any duplicates of the following from your override folder: em_bed100_tamlen.mor em_cam110_tamlen.mor

For easy removal of ANY .mor with those names, simply open your override folder and in the search box at the upper right corner copy and paste those names into the box and remove any that appear that are not in the ’DracoAngel - Tamlen’ folder

Required Mods

DRAGON AGE REDESIGNED by Petehog — Dracomies True Textures. Follow the instructions in the installer it provides to install. This mod comes with morphs(if I remember right), if you have any morphs being used make sure to do a search in Redesigned for those, and if there are any, remove them.

Ferelden Models by mochen - You will need the Face and Eye Textures under MISCELLANEOUS

Installation

Extract the archive in your “Bioware> Dragon Age> Packages> Core> Override” directory

Delete folder “DracoAngel - Tamlen” from your override folder

Concerning my DAO Mods

I had completely forgot that the BSN no longer hosted mods, so I had a few links that were technically broken for the required mod list, since they went to the mods on the BSN site. I apologize to anyone that went to use my mods and found those mods leading them into the abyss of the downed BSN site.

Links are all now fixed and go to their proper sites. The elf update and the tucked hair by tmp7704 are not on the Nexus, but looks like they are on another site (which I linked for them). So don’t panic when they don’t take you to the Nexus. I’m honestly a little surprise they didn’t get converted over from the BSN when a few people were doing it. Maybe someone will eventually. I would (since tmp gave permission we could) but I don’t like Nexus anymore, which is why I moved everything here lol.

Frosty Editor DirectX Error on Windows 7

If you are on Windows 7 & the following errors show up when you try to open a texture in Frosty Editor:

In your mod with the Anora morph why do you give her black hair instead of her right blonde?

Okay, so when I create a morph for someone that has family in-game I try to make them look at least like they may be related, or close to how they are described in the novels ie: Cailan was described in The Calling (at least I believe it was that one) as having his father’s blonde hair and his mother’s grey eyes, or how I made Fergus look like he was actually related to both parents as opposed to be a bastard/adopted child XD - in this case: Anora with Loghain. As far as I know Anora was never described in any novel and her mother was never mentioned, so when I was creating her morph I wanted her to look like she was related to Loghain - like the could in fact be family.

But if you do have a problem with the black hair - as I know many prefer her with her classic blonde coloring - there is an optional file for a blonde Anora. There ya go, choices!
