i’m gna start a liquid fast from tomorrow until as long as i can go (minimum 36 hours) but i’m also gonna start a club sport in the next 2 weeks so september is gonna slay🫡 i j might have to up my intake bc i’m gonna be burning a lot
ik i already said this but fasting >> dieting any day and the last time i did a liquid fast was last semester’s finals week and it was totally unintentional but i felt so delicate and just overall really good so i’m gonna try it again now

my tattoo appointment is in a week and a half and i’m gonna try to get to my gw by then (51.6kg —> 47kg), i’ll be fine with anything under 50 kg though! i haven’t been eating at all when im working (8-5) and then when i get home i usually just have either dinner with my family or a bunch of small low cal snacks and tell my parents i ate
i’m also going to the gym more regularly so yay for that
