so basically i was shopping with my mum because i have no friends and i needed new shorts for summer. i found the type that i liked and i grabbed them in a size 34. bitch guess what. they were so big, my mum had to bring me a size 25 and they’re still big on my waist. AND I THOUGHT THAT I GAINED WEIGHT (haha- BITCH YOU THOUGHT). i felt so blessed omg. also some thinspo so the luck would follow me and u even further

First day of relapse.

I just can’t stand it anymore, i need to starve myself, i need to restric, i need to control. I’m going hard this time, just finished my scholl year, so I’ll have all morning to exercise and go for long walks on afternoons. I’m going to make a list of safe foods / snacks and try to write calories of every thing. I’ll update weight and measurements on monday.

School
Study for at least an hour every night

Always rinse your own dishes.

Wear little makeup to keep your natural appearance.
Wash your clothes in between wearing them.

Hair always brushed and tidy
Use chapstick to stop lips from being chapped
Wear what you’re comfortable in
Exercise
Go to the gym 3-4 times a week

Brush teeth twice a day and before you leave the house
Wash face when you wake up and before you go out
Shave legs 3-4 times a week
Sleep
In bed by 10
Asleep by 11:30
Wake up by 9 in the morning. 6 on school days.
