Stepping into a New Decade. We are on the verge of stepping into a new decade and at the same time, we are fighting one of the biggest wars. The war for humanity. Where we are fighting for equality, rights, health, discrimination, internet privacy, environment and much more. We are getting over the money and we are concerned about the things that are much more valuable than that. We are fighting to make this work an actual better place where we love to live. We want to be happy more than rich. We know what education actually should provide which values true human beings. We are finally realizing that we should not be alike and we should not try to be to. Serenity. Do what calms your mind. What does that mean? It means that the work that you do should feed your soul. The work that you do define who you are. All the things that you say don't mean a thing if you don't practice them yourself. If you don't like the work that you do, you won't be happy and if you're not happy you can't make others happy. It's a chain reaction and it's your responsibility to make a chain of positivity and happiness. I'm not saying to leave your job or do social work all day but I just want to say that whatever you do, do it with a calm and positive mindset. Respect. I have one simple question, "Can you slap your parents?" I guess you might be thinking that only a monster can think of that so I assume you have said no. But we are all monsters because we are not treating the earth like our parents. The same planet which has provided us with everything is getting hurt by us every second. We are disrespectful pricks. We do not care until it's too late. Our continues greed will lead us to our doom. We have been learning our harmful nature of plastic yet we are still using it. We are still burning fuel like crazy. We are wasting water like nothing. We are educated but only theoretically. We are on the verge of losing it all because this same planet is dying and it's also showing it. This week we have lost Okjökull Glacier, the first Glacier to die but unfortunately not the last. Now the fires in amazon are scaring us. Our main source of Oxegen, marine can only survive for the next 30 years by the rate we are killing it. I don't need to tell you what to do to save this planet. True Victory What will you do to reach your dream place? What kind of person will you become then? Who will be standing with you? When we decide to find the true answer to all the questions we realize that our dreams mean that only we need to do everything for them. There will be people in your life who will pull you down and also, there will be people who will help you with them. Your support system does not mean to tell you what you want to hear they need to tell you to need to hear. I'm one of the luckiest people in the world because when my work is not good my friends will tell me that it's not whether I like to hear it or not, or when I'm eating junk food they will let me know that I'm killing my gains. These what friends are for. If you want to reach the top you need a company that is cream of the crop. Because to reach the top you need a steady ladder, not a good-looking one.
