This song is one of my fav song since 11 years ago. At that time, I just like about the music because I didn’t understand the lyric. But after I hear again in 2016, and see the lyric, now I understand. This is the best song ever. ajaran dan salah mengartikan menjadi pemimpin dan wakil rakyat di negeri ini.

perkataan ayah kepada anaknya:

Ayah: Doakan ayahmu menjadi anggota DPR nak. Nanti akan kubelikan kau mobil.

Ayah: Kalau aku sudah menjabat, akan kuganti perlengkapan dan peralatan diruangku dengan yang lebih mahal. 

Ayah: jadilah pejabat. sehingga kau akan jadi kaya dan hidup enak.

Pandangan dan ajaran yang keliru seperti itulah yang akhirnya sudah mendarah daging bagi kebanyakan orang-orang.

Seandainya ajaran dan perkataan seseorang untuk menjadi pemimpin adalah benar. Tujuan menjadi pemimpin adalah benar. Maka perkataan seorang ayah akan seperti ini:

Ayah: Doakan ayahmu menjadi anggota DPR nak. Maka Ayah akan amanah untuk menjadi wakil rakyat untuk membela suara dan hak-hak rakyat.

Ayah: Kalau aku sudah menjabat, maka aku akan menjadi seseorang yang mempunyai pengaruh “influencer” sehingga ayah dapat memberikan contoh seorang pejabat dapatlah hidup sederhana. Seorang pemimpin yang akan memberikan contoh nyata perubahan.

Ayah: jadilah pemimpin di negeri ini nak. Beranilah jadi pemimpin dan perjuangkan rakyatmu. berantaslah korupsi dan berantaslah ketidakadilan di negeri mu nak

Two days ago, I and the presidents of AIESEC Indonesia gathered in one place in Bandung to talk about final sprint, how to be great predecessor and the future plan. It is always nice to have sharing about the future, vision and purpose of life. Only in this commission I can talk leadership and impact. Yes, environment is really affected to your mindset. I thankful and feel lucky that I can be president among these inspiring people. Some of us will continue in corporate. Some of us will stay in AIESEC in national level. Some of us will continue in government. Some of us want to be the expert and professional. Some of us will build the start up. We have different aspiration but in the end we have the same vision: contributing for Indonesia.

We talk about short term and long term planning. We also promise to remind each other when we forget about our aspiration, target and purpose.

Yes. Please whoever read my tumblr. Please remind me that I am here to contribute for Indonesia.

Can you imagine if every youths in Indonesia knows their passion and wants to contribute for Indonesia with their own way?

Can you imagine if every parents in Indonesia let their children to choose what they want to be and what they want to live their passion?

Can you imagine if every parents in Indonesia stop to give the mindset of PNS and being rich instead of start to give the purpose of life and contribution for Indonesia mindset?

Can you imagine if in curriculum education in Indonesia start to add personality and passion test from elementary school? So that there’s no many youths who are getting lost of their identity and passion. They will know exactly what they want to study.

Can you imagine if everyone stop to judge everyone because of their looks?

Can you imagine if every rich people in this world stop to enrich themselves for competition instead of making a foundation to decrease poverty and increase the quality of education?

Can you imagine if there’s no junk food and fast food spread in this world? And we start to spread and make business the healthy food. I am sure the next generation will be more healthy and free from cancer.

Can you imagine if film industry in Indonesia start to produce about inspirational leaders or motivational or finding passion movie?

Can you imagine if there are a lot of trustworthy and leader yang amanah in Indonesia? I am sure there will be no corruption and injustice.

Can you imagine if every youths in Indonesia start to be brave and think differently instead of being followers?

Yes we can do better for Indonesia. I do believe Indonesia can be a great country with the great leaders.

Buah tak jatuh dari pohonnya.

yaa itu yg bisa menggambarkan aku dan ayah.

kata orang2 ayah saya itu galak dan tegas.

iyaa ayahku memang seorang yang idealist.

Ayahku lebih memilih dibenci orang dibanding harus menjalankan sesuatu yang tidak sesuai prinsipnya.

Mungkin banyak yang sakit hati. Tapi ayahku sebenarnya ingin menyadarkan orang tersebut untuk berusaha dan belajar lebih keras.

yaa aku seperti ayahku. aku lebih baik dibenci. dibilang galak. dibilang cerewet. dibilang keras. tapi ini semua kulakukan untuk kepentingan suatu entitas. dan kalau aku sarkas, itu artinya aku hanya test mental mereka, dan apakah mereka ingin menerima feedback atau tidak.

Aku selalu mengagumi ayahku, ibuku, budeku. dan pemimpin2 wanita yang tegas seperti Margaret Thatcher :)

When I was searching for video that I would showed to my presentation in Lampung Youth Speak Forum, I found this wonderful video. Yeaah Thai advertisement always make me surprise. 

This video teach us about how our action can give impact even it is small. We never know our small action can change someone’s life.
