Skinny/fast metabolism mindset
(from someone who has grown up around skinnies)

★ Go to sleep late and wake up later
Helps to fast longer without trying.
Skinny people usually don’t eat until midday.
★ Be out the house majority or the time and be moving
Movement burns more then sitting down and being out the house means more space for movement.
If you aren’t near food you are less likely to overeat or binge.
You’ll feel less guilty for eating if you’ve done exercise.
You’ll have an excuse of why you haven’t eaten.
Skinny people often say “oh i don’t workout i just have a fast metabolism“ but it’s just because they burn off what they eat without realising it.
★ Don’t constantly carry your phone/watch and look at the steps you’ve done or how much you’ve burnt
“why?“ people will get suspicious and people will say you have an 3d and focus on what you’re doing.
Skinny people say they don’t burn alot or do alot of steps because they don’t have their phone on them constantly, so they aren’t aware of what they burn. Which leads them to think they have a fast metabolism.
★ Meat, fruits and vegetables are your bestfriends
Meat is full of protein and high volume, this makes you feel fuller and need less of it.
It also contains vitamins that you need.
Eat these first as you will get the vitamins you need, it will give the impression that you have eaten alot or the stuff that’s good for you and the vitamins will make you feel good.
★ Only buy essentials when doing a food shop and junk food when you crave it
This will avoid bingeing or overeating because no one wants to binge on fruits and vegetables.
★ Don’t eat everything on your plate or make smaller portions
Smaller portions mean you can go back for seconds and you’ll feel like you’ve had more when you haven’t.
If you have a little bit left and you’re full you dont HAVE to eat it, give it to a sibling or save it for later.
Just because it’s there doesn’t mean you have to eat it.
★ Smaller stomach/ less weight = fuller quicker
★ Listen to your body
Your body is smarter than you think. Workout what your cravings are and what they mean.
