how to manifest desired body?
ok so the key to manifesting your desired body is not obsessing over what your body currently looks like. it’s actually about fully identifying as the version of you who already has the body you want. literally just start seeing yourself that way.
ask yourself: what does the version of me with my dream body believe about herself? how does she move, eat, feel about clothes, mirrors, photos? you don’t need to force anything, just gently start shifting into those beliefs. you can use affirmations, but make sure they feel natural to you. stuff like “my body feels so good lately” or “i love how my body responds to me” instead of repeating robotic things that feel fake. also don’t stress about the “how.” like your body might shift through movement, cravings changing, posture, metabolism, let it happen in whatever way it needs to. your job is just to hold the identity. your body will reflect it.
hoping this helped! 💕💕

heyy i had a question about something you said in your maladaptive daydreamers post. i went through a period of very heavy depression and adopted maladaptive daydreaming to escape it, but i’ve finally been able to step out of it and let it go. although that’s a really big step forward, i wanted to ask for tips on how to use the law to change mental conditions as you said in your post. before chronic depression i manifested things by accident when i didn’t know the law, but now that im living in the depression it’s making manifesting positive things consciously a bit more difficult, so i’d like to gently address it first. but im having a hard time figuring out how to change a condition that is so internal, i mean it’s my mind. i know that embodying the version of me that doesn’t have mental health issues is how the law works, but just i thought maybe hearing from someone that has already done it might help me find clarity in my situation. you obviously don’t have to respond to this if you’re uncomfortable with sharing anything like that though!! thank you either way!
of course angel, thank you for asking so kindly! 💕
i totally understand where you’re coming from. i’ve actually been in a really similar place before, so i get how heavy it can feel. first off, just letting go of maladaptive daydreaming is huge. i’m really so proud of you. that already tells me you’re self-aware and your identity is shifting, even if it doesn’t feel like it yet.
when it comes to using the law with things like depression, it’s really about gently shifting your identity, not forcing yourself to be “happy” all the time, but slowly letting go of the version of you that believes she’s broken or stuck in this. i know it sounds simple (and maybe a bit frustrating), but what helped me was realizing that depression is something i had, not who i was. and that difference changed everything. i started talking to myself like, “i’m someone who feels safe now. i’m someone who’s healing, who’s stable, who gets to enjoy life again.” even if i didn’t fully believe it, i said it in a way that didn’t overwhelm me. i wasn’t robotic or strict about it, i just made it feel gentle and true enough. it’s not about pretending or ignoring how you feel either, it’s about choosing what version of you you want to make real. you’re not doing anything wrong, by the way. it’s just that depression can make the old identity feel so loud, so familiar, and when we try to shift out of it, it can feel fake or impossible. but if you can start to anchor yourself in little thoughts like “i’m safe now,” or “i’m becoming myself again,” the inner world will start to soften and change too.
you’ve already shown so much strength, and you don’t need to be perfect at this, just willing to get better! 💕💕 hoping this helped!!

the law of assumption, manifestation, quantum jump ect, ect, are not concepts which are used only when you need to attain something. they are simply lifestyles and way of living. for example, imagine someone who wants to manifest clear skin. at first, they start affirming things like “my skin is clear and glowing,” but they’re doing it only when they’re upset about a breakout. they’re using the law like a band-aid, only applying it when things go wrong.
but someone who truly lives the law doesn’t wait for a problem to show up. they already assume they are someone with clear, healthy skin, all the time. it’s part of how they see themselves, how they carry themselves, what they expect from life. they don’t go to the mirror searching for flaws. they expect to look radiant. they eat, move, and rest like someone who loves and trusts their body. they don’t react, they live in the identity of someone who’s already whole. that’s their natural state of being, and our favourite metaphor about reality being a mirror shows this, as by already assuming being someone who has clear skin…that’s what their reality will reflect!

sabrina carpenter: a master manifestor case study.
Tumblr media
sabrina carpenter is honestly such a good example of someone who knows how to manifest exactly what she wants. her rise to fame wasn’t just about being talented and beautiful (though she obviously is), it’s also about how she used belief, intention, and identity to shape her reality.
take her song “espresso” for example, it wasn’t just a hit, it was a manifestation tool. sabrina herself said something along the lines that she wrote it when she didn’t particularly have someone in mind. she was essentially detached, not caring, and putting out the energy that she wasn’t needy for love. and this energy of not needing showed the universe she already has it. because you can only have what you have. instead of sitting around waiting for things to change, she channeled that desire into her music. that’s the core of manifestation: living in the end, embodying the version of you who already has what you want. she didn’t write a sad song about being ignored, she wrote from the perspective of someone who’s already the center of attention. this song which hypes her up, puts herself on a pedestal, ended up being her most well known song.
this isn’t new for her either. sabrina’s talked a lot about how she’s always believed she was meant for this path. she’s called herself a “freak manifester” and has said she just knew she was going to be a singer. that mindset is everything. when you already see yourself as the version of you who has what you want, the world starts reflecting that back to you.
what sabrina does so well is stay true to that version of herself. she acts, sings, and lives like someone who’s already made it. and that’s the whole point of the law, you don’t wait for the 3D to show it before you believe it. you believe it first, and then it shows up. even when she wasn’t as well-known, she was still confident and self-assured. her whole journey shows how powerful that kind of identity shift can be.
her self-concept is also very, very good. when you think of pink glitter, love hearts, espresso…what do you think of? miss sabrina! yes, this is good branding on her and her team’s part but not being double minded and sure of what you like will get you far. in her interviews, she’s flirty and effortlessly charismatic and simply true to herself. that is what her self-concept is.
also, most of her music is perfect self-concept affirmation music like espresso and feather. literally everyone is operating under the law!

how to build a strong self concept + a mini basic challenge.
if you’ve been manifesting for a while but feel like nothing is really changing, it’s probably not the method you’re using. it’s your identity. your self concept is the way you see yourself , your worth, how you think people see you, what you think is possible for you, and what you expect from life. and the truth is: your life can’t really change until you change.
when you have a strong self concept, you don’t need to chase or force anything. you already know it’s yours. the version of you who has what she wants? she sees herself differently. she’s not begging for proof, she’s not doubting her power…she just is. that’s what we’re building.
what is self concept, really? it’s the story you tell yourself about who you are. things like:
• “i always get chosen”
• “nothing ever works out for me”
• “i’m so confident”
• “i’m not good enough”
whether those beliefs are positive or negative, they’re shaping your reality every single day. but here’s the good part: they’re not facts. you can change them. and when you do, everything around you starts shifting too.
how do you actually build a strong self concept?
first: drop the old story.
start paying attention to the thoughts and beliefs you’ve been holding on to, especially the ones that make you feel small, overlooked, or unworthy. you have to let those go. stop repeating them, even in your head.
then: decide who you are now.
this is where it all starts. get clear on how the version of you who has it all thinks, feels, and speaks. who is she? how does she carry herself? start acting like that version right now, even if your current reality hasn’t caught up yet.
repetition is key.
you need to feed this new identity constantly. not once a day, not once a week, daily. say your affirmations, remind yourself of who you are, loop the new story in your head until it becomes your truth. this isn’t about doing the 10k challenge or robotic affirmation, it’s more so about harnessing the energy that you have a good self concept until it feels natural.
stop waiting for the 3D to prove it.
real power is when you hold the belief before you see any evidence. you don’t wait for people or situations to confirm it, you decide and then let the world follow. it’s not about faking it, it’s about choosing what’s real to you.
and when the 3D triggers you? stay calm.
things might look the same for a bit , that’s okay. don’t let it shake you. remind yourself: “i know who i am now. and my reality is catching up.”
and for a bonus, here is something to apply in your real life, a 7-day self concept challenge:
what you need to do:
• choose 5 affirmations that feel natural to you. keep them simple, like things you’d say to a friend. some examples:
• “i always get what i want.”
• “i don’t chase, it comes to me.”
• “i’m the version of me who has it all.”
• “everything works out for me, always.”
• “i’m so lucky, it’s unreal.”
• every morning and every night, set a 20-minute timer. during that time, loop your affirmations, say them out loud, write them down, or visualize what it feels like to already have it.
• if negative thoughts show up during the day, pause. and remind yourself: “that’s not me anymore.” redirect your focus back to who you really are now.
you don’t need fixing. you don’t need years of healing. you just need to start seeing yourself as the version of you who already has it all. she’s already in you, you’re just letting her take the lead now.
that’s all for now! pls keep me updated through my inbox if you do the challenge 💕

to gain something new, you have to let go of something old. it might be a belief, a version of yourself, a story you’ve clung to for comfort. but expansion doesn’t come without release. the life you want is already waiting, but it won’t meet the you who keeps choosing limitation. loosen your grip. you don’t need it anymore. a lot of people are addicted to misery because it brings them comfort. however, as miss taylor swift said…comfort is a construct! it’s often just familiarity dressed up as safety. we cling to what we know, even if it hurts, because the unknown feels threatening. but in reality, it’s where all transformation lives. comfort zones don’t keep you safe, they keep you stagnant. the life you want will require you to break the illusion and step beyond what feels comfortable.

i manifested a new house for my family and some revelations about the law.
i’m honestly super emotional even typing this because housing has always been a huge issue for my family, but not anymore. it’s finally resolved.
basically, our lease for the house we’d been living in for five years was ending. now, i don’t want to take full credit for this manifestation because my dad worked incredibly hard to make this happen too. in my family, my dad is the only provider since my mum has her own mental health struggles, and me and my brother are focused on our studies. because of that, getting a loan for a good house was really difficult. but knowing the law, i decided to start affirming and visualising every time the topic came up, no matter what was happening in the 3d. i kept telling myself the house is already ours, only moving boxes is left. even when my parents were stressing about it, i stayed in my own reality internally.
luckily, once i started persisting, my parents found a really decent house in our area that was still within our budget. i kept affirming that the house was already ours, that all that was left was moving boxes. and guess what? we got the call that the house is officially ours. it’s a modern, four-bedroom house with a huge backyard. it’s beautiful.
this is probably my first really ‘big’ manifestation and it’s helped me understand the law on a whole new level. i had already studied the law a lot and understood the basics from reading source material, but actually living it through something life-changing hit differently.
when i kept repeating to myself that the house is already ours, that moving boxes is the only thing left, i realised this mindset is exactly what makes manifestations happen. nero knowledge, my favourite manifestation creator, always says that once you’re no longer dependent on seeing change in the outside world, that’s when it happens. whatever it is you want, you have to claim it with unbelievable conviction, so much so that even if you didn’t get it, you would still feel like you have it. that’s the level of certainty it takes. brazen impudence. refusing to accept ‘no’ as an answer from reality.
identity is everything. i hate to say it, but you need a strong self-concept to experience true life-changing shifts. that’s the real principle behind the law that every successful, enviable person has lived by. i know this because i tried to manifest a new house two years ago when i was deep in anxiety and depression, and it didn’t happen. my identity back then was someone terrified she wouldn’t get what she wanted, and the universe, being a mirror, simply reflected that.
stop identifying with labels that do nothing but hurt you. i understand trauma. i’ve lived it too. but you can’t spend your life staring at your wounds. you’re strong. you want to change. i know you do because you’re here, reading this, waiting for that big “aha” moment that will fix everything. but it’s not going to come from the outside. it will only come from you, when you apply the law and choose a new identity. like neville said…there is no one to change but self.
you have to stop caring in the wrong way. when i say ‘stop caring’, i don’t mean stop wanting your desires, i mean stop being so attached to the idea that once you have it, everything will change. there is no ‘after’. it’s happening now. right now. soak into that feeling, claim it, and live from it.

in manifestation you’re supposed to focus only on your destination, the end result, the fulfilled version of your desire. that’s the whole point. most people, when they decide they want something like a house, immediately start worrying about how they’ll get the money, how long it’ll take, what steps they need to take. they create unnecessary barriers and resistance without even realising it. but the truth is, you’re not supposed to obsess over the steps or the journey at all. your only job is to assume and embody the reality where you already have what you want. your mind should be saturated with the feeling and knowing that you are already living in the house you want, not running in circles trying to figure out the logistics. the 'how' is never your business. it’s not your responsibility to micromanage the unfolding. your only responsibility is to persist in the assumption that it’s already yours. of course, if you want to manifest specific bridges or ways for it to unfold, you absolutely can because you are limitless. but if thinking about the 'how' sends you into spirals of doubt and frustration, you’re better off ignoring it completely. your end is your anchor. your only focus should be on the destination, not the path. the path will take care of itself. it always does.

Heyyy.
I want to revise an entrance exam result and I am confused how to do it. I wanna revise alot more like honestly I want to wake up in 2024 and relive from that (I want to manifest this in this reality not shift btw) also I want to enter the Void (i have entered 3 times before but unaware with subliminals but now idk using subliminals I don't feel the symptoms like I used to?) Things like robotic affirming isn't really for me as it gives me anxiety. Also idk how to properly identify myself with the version of me who got the desired result in February and is preparing for the next level of exam when rn in my 3d I didn't even qualify for it and my result wasn't good so my 3d is a mess like my mom hating on me and how tough it would be to get into a university rn like any honestly (I had average grades but in my country it's kinda really tough to get admission at my grades without money in even decent universities). I also can't act as if and study for the next level because my Mom will ask why I am studying so that's not an option too.
heyy first, you’re not here to fix the 3d. you’re here to select a new version of reality, one where you already got the result you wanted. this isn’t about forcing or wishing for something to change, but shifting your identity to the version of you who passed that exam in february and is now preparing for the next stage. that version of you already exists, and you don’t have to earn your way into her. your only job is to assume her as your truth.
revision works even for exam results. it’s not about obsessively recreating a scene over and over, but gently changing your memory and self-concept. start telling yourself, even quietly, “i passed in february. i always did.” you don’t need to believe it fully at first, just keep persisting in that inner claim until it starts to feel natural. let your inner world take the lead, and the outer will follow.
about the void and subliminals, trust that because you’ve entered it before, you already know how. there’s nothing broken or wrong with you. the shift now is to stop chasing symptoms or fearing that it won’t happen again. instead, return to the knowing that entering the void is easy for you. affirm it gently. release the pressure to make it work and let it happen from a place of trust instead of force.
i know your environment may not feel supportive right now, especially with your mom, but remember that you don’t have to act as if on the outside. you can do all of this work internally. your assumptions create your world, not your actions, not your current surroundings. and those assumptions, when repeated and persisted in, will change even the way others respond to you. your mom’s attitude, the university offers, everything can and will shift when you do.
the key is identity. the version of you who passed already exists. she’s not some faraway fantasy. she’s right here, waiting for you to step into her. start embodying her gently. think how she would think. speak how she would speak. feel the calm and security she lives in. not to pretend, but because that’s you now. you don’t need to overdo visualizations or force robotic affirming, just find the rhythm that feels soft, grounded, and true. even a few seconds a day of embodying her is enough.
the only thing keeping you from that version of you is the story you’re telling yourself. and the beautiful part is: you can change that story at any time. you’ve got this. it’s already yours.
that’s all i got! good luck 💕

a message to all the maladaptive dreamers out there who say the law “doesn’t work” because they’ve “felt it real” for years but never saw results:
you weren’t living in the end, you were fantasizing about the end. there’s a difference. daydreaming, dissociating, and creating elaborate mental movies won’t change your reality unless you identify as the version of you who already has it. the law isn’t activated by desperation or escapism. it’s activated by conviction, embodiment, and self-concept.
you can spend hours feeling it in a dream, but if you wake up and still believe you’re not that person, you’re reaffirming lack. fantasizing is not assuming. pretending is not becoming.
and that’s the real core of it, it will always come back to identity. if you keep calling yourself a “maladaptive dreamer,” someone who escapes into fantasy to cope with a reality you don’t like, you’re reaffirming the exact version of you that doesn’t have what you want. it’s not just a habit, it’s a self-concept. and as long as you stay attached to that identity, you’re choosing to live in a faraway lalaland where the desire always feels close… but never quite yours.
you didn’t “do it wrong,” you just weren’t doing the law. the law of assumption is not maladaptive dreaming. maladaptive dreaming is a legitimate condition, a compulsive, often isolating cycle that has deeply affected so many people’s lives. and i say this with so much love, because i’ve been there too. i know what it’s like to get lost in your mind for hours, to feel safer in a fantasy than in your own body, to cling to imagined realities because the present felt unbearable. but you have to stop. no one is going to save you. you are the only one who can decide to come home to yourself.
the law asks you to assume the identity of the version of you who has it. maladaptive dreaming keeps you stuck in the identity of someone who’s always trying to get there. it’s not about cutting off your imagination, it’s about using it consciously, with discipline, with intention, with love. not to escape your life, but to create it.
stop calling yourself a maladaptive dreamer. stop diagnosing yourself with an identity that keeps your desires far away. before you ask “how do i do that?” remember what the law of assumption is about: identity creates. if you keep identifying as a maladaptive dreamer, someone who escapes or dissociates, that’s exactly what reality will reflect back.
but you have to break that loop. you can’t sit and stare at your wounds forever. i’ve shifted both physical and mental conditions just by changing my self-concept and choosing new assumptions. it’s possible. the only thing standing in your way is the story you keep telling yourself.

how to become the source of what you desire.
to become the source of what you desire, you need to stop seeing your desires as something separate from you. everything you want already exists within you, and your job is to live from that state as if it’s your natural baseline. here’s how to actually do that in a real, embodied way:
1. stop waiting and start being
a lot of people wait for the relationship, the money, the dream body, the recognition, thinking then they’ll feel confident, secure, safe, or happy. but the truth is, nothing on the outside will ever create lasting change unless it reflects who you believe you are. start now. stop saying “once i have this, then i’ll be…” and start asking “how would i feel, act, walk, speak, breathe if i already had it?”
2. create a stable inner world
to be the source, your internal state has to be stronger than your external circumstances. develop emotional self-discipline. that means not reacting when things don’t look how you want. feel what you need to feel, but return to your center. ground yourself through breathwork, meditation, or journaling. remind yourself daily that you are the creator, not the victim. your power doesn’t come from controlling the outside, it comes from mastering the inside.
3. shift your self-concept
your self-concept is the root of everything. if you still see yourself as someone who is unlucky, unwanted, behind, or insecure, your life will keep reflecting that back to you. every day, affirm the version of you who already has it. “i am chosen. i am adored. i am magnetic. i am respected. i am living in my dream life.” don’t just say these things, feel them. own them. let them become your new inner identity.
4. take aligned actions, not desperate ones
being the source means you trust deeply. you’re not chasing, begging, or forcing things. instead, you’re taking inspired steps that match your vision. if you’re manifesting luxury, how would you treat yourself now? if you’re manifesting love, how would you treat your body, your time, your energy? if you’re manifesting success, would you procrastinate or would you move like someone who believes their work is gold?
5. drop the fantasy, embody the version of you who has it
manifestation isn’t about daydreaming forever. it’s about closing the gap between what you want and who you’re being. embodying means making decisions as that version of you now. how do they dress? how do they speak? how do they hold themselves? how do they spend their days? start becoming them piece by piece.
6. detach from the timeline
the version of you who is the source isn’t checking the clock or obsessing over when it will come. she knows it’s already hers. when you detach, you’re saying “i trust that it’s done and coming in the most perfect way.” you move with grace, confidence, and calm because you’re no longer in lack, you’re in alignment.
7. live in the “of course” energy
you don’t need to prove your worth to receive. it’s not about deserving more, it’s about being more. the you who is the source doesn’t hope she’ll get it, she knows. she’s not shocked by her blessings, she’s grateful but unfazed. “of course i got the role.” “of course i met him.” “of course i’m glowing.” make this your dominant energy.
you become the source the moment you realize it was never about attracting, it was always about revealing. peeling back the doubt, fear, and programming until all that’s left is you, fully aligned with everything you’ve ever wanted. not because you chased it, but because you finally let yourself be it.

pls don't go your entire life waiting for ' the right moment' because that will never come as your life is just a mirror of your assumptions. not because you don’t deserve it, but because everything outside of you is just an echo of what’s going on within. waiting for something from the external to trigger you into finally changing will genuinely never happen as everything that is external was once internal. so if you're internalising 'waiting'...all you'll ever get in reality is waiting...longing...yearning. the right time will always be now because all that is happening in your imagination and in your reality is occuring right now.

self concept 101
okay students, class is in session and the assignment we’re focusing on is worth 100% of your grade in the assignment of your life. no pressure, right? except… it kinda is. because everything you experience, your relationships, your money, your looks, your success, it’s all filtered through the lens of your self-concept.
self-concept is the story you tell about yourself when no one’s listening. it’s the identity you live in, consciously or unconsciously. it’s the silent assumptions that run on autopilot like, “i’m never chosen,” “nothing ever works out for me,” “i’m not enough,” “people always leave,” or even “i’m that girl,” “i’m magnetic,” “everything works in my favour.”
those aren’t just thoughts. they’re blueprints. they create the framework your reality has to follow. because your outer world is just your inner world, externalised.
so if you walk through life with the self-concept of someone who always gets second best, your reality will match that. not because you deserve it, but because you believe it. and if you shift to a self-concept of someone who is deeply loved, always thriving, lucky, powerful, guess what? your world has no choice but to realign.
here’s your homework, due immediately, with no extensions, sorry babes, life waits for no one…it’s all just now.
1. observe your internal dialogue
spend one whole day listening to your thoughts like they’re playing on a speaker, what do you actually think about yourself, not what you want to believe, but what you’ve been unconsciously affirming, catch the sneaky ones too, “i’m always so awkward,” “i’ll never look like that,” “ugh, of course this would happen to me,” these aren’t harmless little quips, these are energetic declarations
write them down, seriously, make a list of the self-concept you’ve been unknowingly living by
2. rewrite your identity
now take that list and write the exact opposite, this is your new self-concept, “i’m always chosen,” “i’m magnetic and people adore me,” “i’m a master at my craft,” “my beauty is undeniable”
this isn’t toxic positivity, it’s identity design, choose the story you want to live by and start being the main character who lives by that script, you don’t wait for proof to act like her, you assume the role and reality fills in the blanks
3. persist in your new self
this is the part most people flake on, but not you, because real change comes from repetition, from living the new story until it hardwires into your nervous system, so no, you don’t just write your affirmations once and call it a day, you say them out loud, in the mirror, in the shower, under your breath
you imagine yourself as her when you’re walking down the street, you refuse to entertain old stories that try to creep in, this is devotion, this is embodiment
and lastly, you don’t need validation, this homework is not about impressing others, it’s not about being seen, it’s about seeing yourself clearly, fully, and powerfully, once that clicks, your entire world will mirror it back
hand in your new self daily, you’re the teacher and the student here, and you’re getting an A+ obviously
class dismissed…but, the assignment is ongoing so you better get to working! 👩‍🏫

if i had to tell people to focus on only two manifestation concepts, it would always be self-concept and states. those are the real keys. those are the blueprint. the behind-the-scenes. the engine. the foundation. because no matter what technique u use, no matter how many affirmations or visualisations u do, it will always come back to u. who u are. what u believe. what identity u’re walking around in every single day.
self-concept is basically how u see urself and what u assume to be true about u. it’s the “i am” that quietly runs the show. it’s what you say after “i am”, i am always chosen, i am unlucky, i am beautiful, i am not good enough, that sets the tone for your entire reality. if u see urself as someone who’s never loved, always ignored, always broke… your world will mirror that back. not because it’s “true,” but because it’s the concept of self you’ve embodied. on the flip side, if u start walking around like you’re that girl, like everything and everyone aligns for you, like u are powerful and magnetic and worthy, then life has to reflect that. people treat u better. u get opportunities out of nowhere. things just click.
states are the roles u step into. think of them like costumes in a wardrobe. u can step into the state of the wealthy version of u, the loved version of u, the confident version of u, and once you’re in that role, the reality around u reshapes to match it. the state is what you’re being. it’s less about words and more about energy. if you’re in the state of being loved, u don’t look for proof that u are. u just know. you carry yourself differently, respond differently, and people start showing up for u in ways that match. for example, someone who’s in the state of being successful doesn’t worry if things are “working”, they’re already assuming that they are. and that assumption alone is the thing that causes it to work.
manifestation isn’t about begging the universe or waiting for signs, it’s about who u decide u are, and what state u choose to live in. the world can only show u what u’ve already accepted as true internally. so choose wisely, and remember, it’s not out there, it’s u. always has been.

there is no one to change but self. your reality is a reflection of your consciousness, and everything you experience is projected from within. by shifting your self-concept, you inherently change the world around you. imagination holds the key, envision yourself as the person you desire to be, and that vision sets the stage for its manifestation in your life. external changes are born from internal transformations, and by embracing this truth, you become the architect of your own destiny. remember, there’s no one to change but yourself; take responsibility for your thoughts and beliefs, and the universe will mirror your inner world back to you.

one thing u need to realize is that everyone is using the law of assumption. the poorest person u know and the richest person u know are both operating under it, whether they’re aware of it or not.
this isn’t about blaming people for the circumstances they’re in. most people genuinely can’t grasp that they are a physical manifestation of god. and that’s okay. let them live. but u? u know better. u know ur reality is yours to shape. so shape it.
