Hello there

I wanted to just say something in regards to the recent election

Stay safe out there, especially if you’re queer, a person of color or any form of minority in America, I know that right now things seem hopeless and that the next 4 years or so are gonna be hell, and believe me they will indeed be rough, but I have some hope, even if a bit small, that things WILL get better in the end, if we were able to get through the 4 years from 2016 to 2020 then I’m sure we will get through the next 4 years aswell, I’m not American but I have friends who are American and a good handful of them are queer themselves, and I want to direct this post to all of you who are queer and American

Don’t ever lose hope

Don’t ever give up

I am confident that all of you will make it through this

I am confident that you will all persevere and make it out through this

As a friend of mine has said about this

“For the next four years, for forever, if you are queer, if you are a person of color, you have one mission— you have to live. This, too, shall pass. You just have to live.”
