An Adventure
“Lonliness is an adventure too. In this silence, worlds are formed, relief. Breath in, release. Give in, believe.
In this silence, in this cold, icy touch spreads around. Release then breath in.
Trust within, step within. Grow at heart, trust in mind. Nurture self, breath in and out.
Let the mind flow, let your heart beat. Live in the moment, this moment as it goes. Relax, then release, fall asleep and breath. Another day will come, another adventure to go.”
