TD Fandom Memory #1

I didn't have a tumblr back then but I actually watched the td fandom from the sidelines and can remember everything during the allstars period of the fandom. Aka I was around for how much of a shitshow it was. Anyway one thing I can't help laughing at was one of those people who thought being mildly popular in a tag dedicated to a canadian cartoon gave them some kind of authority over others would gripe about "kinnies" or whatever and then....just be the biggest "kinnies" in the fandom. For real, this person and some of their friends would act better than people with kins while literally: 1. Assigning td characters to themselves 2. Erasing most of their canon personality just to shove in parts of their own personality in them instead 3. Literally say "this character is me" ad nasuem Like, just admit you're a self hating "kinnie" and eat some cake or whatever.

dumping my personal take on the timeline for main canon (aka all 5 seasons of td + rr) (so dramarama is ignored bc it’s clearly set in an entirely separate timeline) i’ll have to explain some things so i’ll put it under a cut for convenience’s sake. warning for the long length; i talk a lot and i like being as thorough as possible, because fresh tv sure as hell wasn’t. if you felt i didn’t explain anything in this post clearly, feel free to hmu and i’ll do my best to clarify better. also, this is just my personal take on the timeline and what i use for my own fanon; so not only might i decide to change it, i don’t intend for this to be what everyone else uses! go with whatever timeline you want; if this one works for you, then, well, i’m glad. if not, that’s chill.

Tales of terror

Okay here's a random story from a discord thing that happened me that sounds like a godamn creepy pasta. So the discord I'm in has a cursed images channel, to post awful things to horrify eachother with. One user found that racist troll blog that edits black characters into racist white people. Thus, "White Leshawna" was introduced to the discord. I've met many tanned white/white td characters in my lifetime from artists who can't color to save their lives. But white leshawna was special in how awful she was. The user that found her got buried under posts but then one day someone asked what "white leshawna" even was. So me being an evil little shit went back to find the abomination, saved it in my phone, and reposted it for 5 seconds before deleting(even I knew it was too cursed to allow on the discord for any longer). What should've happened was that I deleted the saved picture of white leshawna and then later forget about her. that didn't happen. WHen I deleted the image. She did not leave. She glitched back into my gallery as the most recent image taken, as if she was never deleted. To say i was scared as fuck was an understatement. I deleted the image she took over and thankfully that got rid of her. But now here's a warning. beware of white leshawna she's evil and will haunt you

pre-tdpi release 2014 fandom is seeing everyone make beardo, leonard, dave, jasmine, and sky white/light skinned as hell and then fresh just coming up with the promo pic for the season and making every single one of them invalid.
