Pansexual to me means sexual attraction to every gender. This often is accompanied with the territory of not caring about genitalia, but it doesn't have to. It is completely possible to like all of them. I think honestly everyone is a little pan, sure you might be 99% homo or hetero, but theres probably one person on earth that would make you poly/bi/pan.

LGB alliance folks are stupid as fuck. Cis girls aren't risking disownment and hate crimes to have sex with a gay boy.
If genitalia is important to you sexually you should make that clear and if you suspect your partner has differing expectations of your anatomy make that clear.
