I've taken 1mr and c4 but honestly they only take affect for the first week or two then I don't have any difference. Some people don't have any major difference so it'd be pointless to take it.
Hey guys i need your help Do any of you take pre workout? If so do you get a kick out of it or find it doesnt work? Ive recently bought some and i tried 2 scoops but i dont really feel any change? Any guys had the same problem before or anything like that or should i increase the amount of scoops?

From what I've heard gloves can be restrictive but I've never worn them. Not ashamed of my 'ugly' hands from working hard. I think they're the best with rough calluses on them.
