Commission a personalised crocheted animal!

Hi! My name is Draga, and I’m a student who just so happens to be quite proficient at crochet!

As you can gather from the header, they are customiseable! As much as possible I try to use colours already in my stash, but this basically means that you can get your favourite animal (fictional or otherwise: I have made a pastel pink and purple bat and an orange and blue dragons before) or your pet, designed and customised along with me!

You can even get it as a present for someone else with a love for an animal or pet (I would recommend planning relatively far into the future in that case). I crocheted the two dogs above, inspired by my friend’s dogs.

You can see the examples above of two projects: The alpaca based on a recipe by crochet designer Yan Schenkel, the two dogs of my own design and creation.

The plushies are quite small, the dogs not taller than around 10 cm/4”, and the alpaca approximately double that.

The size depends on the weight of the yarn. Essentially, weight of yarn, size, price:

A crocheted plushie of 8/4 yarn, height of 10-20 cm/4-8”, equals a price of 30$/25,5€/22£ excluding shipping

A crocheted plushie of 8/8 yarn, height of 20-30 cm/8-12”, equals a price of 35$/30€/26£ excluding shipping

The extra cost is because I need approximately double the amount of yarn for something double as big. I ship from Denmark.

I use cotton yarn, safety eyes (meaning that troublesome children and pets cannot accidentally pick the eyes out) and hypo-allergenic polyester filling, although for an extra 2 $/€/£ you can get it filled with wool instead.

Furthermore, if you’d like your animal to have an accessory (like the bowtie on the dogs) or other garb (such as a pride flag scarf or etc.) that will also cost another 2 $/€/£.
