My eternal torment that I do think Gaim and PMMM have things that can be criticized but 90% of the people who try to criticize it like. Don't talk about those things and make up things about those shows to rant about instead.
#crear complains#it's fine to not like gaim! it's fine to not like pmmm#but like. way too much of the criticism i stumble on is less examining why they think something in the show doesn't work#and instead is focused more on le epic pwning either urobuchi or people who do like those shows#idk. it feels sometimes like people dislike these shows purely because they get hyped a lot. which is fine btw!#i don't even disagree that people can overhype gaim or pmmm#but instead of just being. 'people hype it up too much i'm annoyed' they have to morally justify why they don't like it
