I still think David Xanatos would beat Lex Luthor in general because Xanatos simply doesn't care about winning so much to where he's gonna cry if he loses. He's not jealous nor envious enough for that. Everything is a game to him and he simply has fun playing and would see something like Superman as an interesting specimen or even a challenge rather than be angry or fearful of him. Also, Xanatos isn't really vengeful, and as far as he's concerned, even if he loses he still wins.

i get where they were going with the mega dragonite design, but idk something about the way it looks. its like gallade where they give him fucked up hips. maybe if just the wings were in a different pose or looked just a bit different it would have a baller design
