ok,, wait. Bruce was right about the whole time travel thing where the Back to The Future rules don’t actually apply. If I got this right, then canonically, changing the past logically has no effect on the future; it simply creates different timelines. This is proven when 2014 gamora is brought to the future to fight in the battle + continue with her life and her timeline doesn’t implode, and again when nebula kills her past self, and doesn’t blink out of existence. So all of that being true, any of the following are canonically possible: 

- Peter could easily go back in time to see Tony during the missing 5 years without screwing up the timelines, and spend as long as he likes with his mentor/father-figure because each moment can be redone differently with another trip back in time

- Morgan can visit, too, thus allowing Tony to see her grow up happily :””)

- literally any of the dead heroes could be Brought back with no damage. Nat?? hello????? Tony???? loki?? vision???? Heimdall??
