New art I finished today during listening to my Partner’s pathfinder session lol.

Finally finished drawing this scene from Meet You At The Blossom, of Xiaobao. I loved this series and some of the visuals. Simone mentioned on here that the scene looked like a painting, and I wanted to try and get out of my art funk ;)

New drawing, finally, after months of not wanting to draw or finish any pieces. Too man ideas can sometimes be more shackling than you think.

Drew this based off of a pose I loved, that a favorite Thai actor posted and I helped me carries the mental mood I’m in at the moment.

Was watching my partner, their close friends and husband play Pathfinder. Thought I would do a warm up drawing and quick character sketch practice. I love how some of them turned out! Still not idea what was going on in their game but it was exciting to witness!

Really really happy I could do some quick art and feel good about it after a long dry spell of creation. I enjoyed playing :)

“Gravity of the Situation” piece I quickly did for a local art submission with the theme “motion”.

Wanted to capture the emotional numbness and physical impact of loosing your strength and falling to your knees; whether it be shock, relief, fear, sadness…sometimes it’s everything all at once.

Lighting and portrait practice. Was kinda about to give up on this one, but a random couple at the cafe, I was drawing at, were so excited that they asked for my info to draw stuff for them! So I put a little more confidence and effort into finishing it lol!

Quick practice sketch I did during a 2 hour train ride to NYC yesterday. Feeling like a creative block has been lifted recently. I got to see my first KangDaniel Concert yesterday and that gave me such a much needed boost. I feel like this owl in a way, free and focused after so long.
