Quite easy.   There'd be a number of factors to consider - the relative size of the asian population versus the white one, and the fact that after the war there as a very firm strategy to emasculate asian men.   This would lead to the ratio of white men to asian women being high, and white men being seen as preferable by many asian women.As for the attitude of the white women, it would be understood that white men use asian women for the degrading things they won't do...

Interesting but throw some more politics on this as well. Create a storyline, in the middle of this pornography. And to make it more interesting though this may be contrary to your point is we should an attempted revolt from Asia and the consequences.

The background as I anticipate is this.   And bear in mind this is a fantasy, not a serious geo political analysis.

As a result of their one child policy, China had a serious imbalance with their gender balance, with far more men than women being born.   A balance not helped by the tendency of chinese women to prefer Western men.     As a result, they launched a war to conquer other parts of asia, with the intention of a) reducing their male population and b) taking women in the conquered areas for their surviving menfolk.

During the war, they pushed out a massive propaganda to asian women telling them how asian men were superior and the fact they were the conquerors meant they were good partner and mating material.    However, this campaign backfired when the West finally geared up.   Five years after China started the war, the West fully counterattacked.  After a year of fighting, and many millions of casualties on both sides - but especially on the Chinese side.

The new order was introduced to ensure that China never did anything like that - to rewrite asian culture so that girls were seen as preferable to boys and to emasculate the asian males who did grow up under the new order.

The allied nations like Japan and Taiwan were not directly affected by this new regieme, though it was not unusual for girls from those countries to arrive in America and renounce their claim to the protections offered by citizenship of the allied states.
