Alexandre JANVIER
Partner & Crea. Dir. | JB&S
Alexandre is one of the three partners and creative director of the full service creative agency JB&S in Munich. He studied Communication Design at the Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles. He has worked at Carré Noir Paris, Select and Rempen & Partner. He founded JB&S in 1999 and quickly established its focus on fashion and lifestyle. Clients include Aigner, Hallhuber, Comma, Swarovski, Codello, Hirmer and many more. He teaches Design Management at the Munich University of Applied Sciences and loves race bicyles.

Head of Art Buying | GRABARZ & PARTNER
Garnet has been working at Grabarz&Partner for ten years. They handle many important photo shoots for Volkswagen, IKEA and KOZEL SAB Miller, for example. She started her career as an account manager at Heye&Partner in Hamburg. Before that she worked as a freelancer for producing and artbuying in Hamburg. She sees and feels inspiration everywhere - music, films, on the street. In her own words: “Be open-minded!”

Cosimo MOLLER
Executive CD | SERVICEPLAN
Cosimo Möller is Executive Creative Director at Serviceplan, one of Germany's top three agencies concerning creativity. He is 38 years old and responsible for a creative unit (serviceplan campaign 2) with 29 employees. After studying film science at the university of Jena, he was hired by serviceplan for an internship 10 years ago and moved on to be a trainee, Junior, Senior, Creative Director and finally Executive Creative Director (2011). He has been part of the creative transformation of Germany's biggest independent Agency e.g. by winning the first Grand Prix Lion (Austria Solar annual report) for Serviceplan & 10 more Cannes-Lions and over 150 additional awards. On the administrative side he takes care for the award business of the agency and young talents. In 2009 he was asked to become member of the Art Director's Club of Germany and the D&AD.

Dirk HAEUSERMANN

Dirk was born in Hamburg in 1968. He studied communication design at Institute of Design Hamburg, then started in 1994 as Creative Director at Springer&Jacoby Hamburg. From 2007 to 2009, Dirk was the Executive Creative Director at Jung v. Matt, before joining Draftfcb Germany. Some of his clients ? Arte, Audi, Bild am Sonntag, Blau.de, Blaupunkt, Bosch, Camel, Coca-Cola, eBay, Kraft, Nivea ... Member of Art Directors Club Germany (ADC) since 2004 Over 300 national and international awards, including several times gold at German ADC and in Cannes.

Xenia DEGER
Global Mkg & PR Dir. | MYKITA
Xenia grew up in Paris where she studied Fashion Management and finished her degree with a focus on marketing at London College of Fashion. She started her career in a PR agency and then held various roles in marketing and communication in fashion and luxury companies including Matches, where she worked on the development of their own label and onmatchesfashion.com. She left London to lead the international product marketing function at PUMA, and, shortly after, worked on „niche marketing“, targeting influencers and opinion leaders. She joined Berlin-based eyewear brand MYKITA six years ago, where she helped build the brand with a new image campaign concept and a clear focus on PR. She oversees all communications, campaigns and public relations, as well as events and the new-media divisions. In this role she is also driving all collaborations, which have included designers such as Bernhard Willhelm, Kostas Murkudis, Moncler, Damir Doma, and the latest partnership: MYKITA + Maison Martin Margiela. Xenia is passionate about brands.

Armin MORBACH
Creative Director
For 20 years Armin Morbach has shaped a universal understanding of beauty with his visual esthetics. Whether as a publisher of the high-end magazine TUSH, as a hair and make-up artist for fashion shows, as a trend visionary and hair expert for Schwarzkopf or as a photographer, he has significantly influenced the international look with his style. Various honours such as the “Art Directors Club Award” and “Cover of the Year” testify to the visionary power of his productions and concepts. The name Armin Morbach has become a brand, which is constantly increasing in creativity and influence: his agency Ballsaal, one of the largest and most successful artist agencies in Europe, and his production firm HOWtoDO Production support this. With TUSH, which not only has a print edition but is also causing a stir online, he regularly presents fashion, beauty and culture in his own unmistakable way - with social relevance.

Oliver HEMPEL
Head of Global Digital Mkg
FABER-CASTELL | Oliver Hempel began his career at KIP Ltd before moving to Adidas in 1999. There he had a range of roles including Head of Global eRetail, Head of Global Asset Management and Head of eCommerce adidas EMEA. He also oversaw the rollout of new online shops for Russia, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Austria. He joined Faber-Castell in October 2012 where he is now Head of Digital Marketing and eCommerce. What mainly drives Oliver is the happiness and satisfaction of the real target group (not the internal boss but the consumers he creates the websites / apps / online shops for). In his own words “creativity in advertising needs to follow a purpose and needs to be inspirational. It has to set a frame for the brand and the product it’s going to serve.”

Markus Mahren is a Creative Director with long lasting experience in the fields of advertising campaigns, fashion shows, interior design concepts, visual merchandising and high-end corporate events. As a former full-time employee and now freelance consultant, he has successfully shaped the global image of iconic brands such as Hugo Boss, Escada and Porsche Design and played an important part in the discovery of German super models such as Lars Burmeister, Luca Gajdus and Julia Stegner. Over decades, he has worked closely with fashion visionaries such as Peter Lindbergh, Mario Testino or Bryan Adams and paved the way to an international career for young photography talents too. To this date, his vision and ideas remain an important aspect of fashion culture by connecting his cross-marketing strategies with German heritage and timeless aesthetics.

Initially, there was a meeting with one of the greatest fashion designers of the moment: Thierry Mugler. For a decade, Christophe de Lataillade worked as private secretary Thierry Mugler. In 2001, Thierry Mugler gets away from the world of fashion, Vera Strubi offers Christophe to become the Director of the image of Mugler. Its mission then is to transmit the studio, codes and the spirit of the Thierry Mugler brand. Since 2007, Christophe is Creative Director of Thierry Mugler perfumes and directs the Mugler Studio.

Oliver GERBITZ
Senior Mkg Manager | ESCADA
Born in 1969 in Munich, Oliver started his marketing career in 2004 in tourism after successfully completing his studies of Business Economics. After heading the marketing department of a German travel agency network, he immersed himself into the world of musical production before exchanging beautiful travel destinations and monumental stage sets for glamorous fashion. For almost ten years he has been working in all fields of global branding and marketing at Germany´s most prestigious women´s luxury fashion brand ESCADA. Isn´t it wonderful to give women the good sense of expressing their personality through glamorous style? This is Oliver’s every day motivation as a Senior Marketing Manager at ESCADA.

For over 20 yers, Marion has been working as an art buyer for leading agencies and clients. Her work is marked by precision and creativity, in all areas of production for photo and film. In the many years of her independance, she accompanied many international campaigns, photo and film productions all over the world. Wheather in Hamburg, Berlin, Munich, New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Paris, London, Cape Town or Rio, she is working with a global network of photographers, illustrators, stylists, model agencies and other selected partners. She first started in 1988 as an Assistant, then worked for MCCAnn in 2004, and TBWA in 2005. Since then, Marion has been working as an Art Buyer and a Producer for FCB, MCCann Frankfurt, Berlin, Peter Schmidt, Lothar Böhm, Sholdz + Friends, Vasata Schroeder, Winsdor, Escada, Otto Wella AG, Schwarzkopf, Lowe Lintas, KNSK, Aimaqu, Rapp Stolle, Esprit… .

Bjoern BREMER

Bjoern has been part of the M&C Saatchi family since 2005, when he joined the agency as Creative Director for Coca Cola, IKEA, HypoVereinsbank, Havana Club and several Ferrero accounts. In 2009 he took over as Chief Creative Officer and has been running the German office ever since. His wide international experience in the advertising world comprises stations at GREY London, New York, Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam and DDB Berlin. Through the years, Bjoern has been named one of the top ten most influential people in advertising under 30 and one of the few who could change communication for the better by the professional press. Of course, Bjoern has won several awards too, but this isn’t something he is interested in. He gets motivated when people on the street, in the news or, as in one case, the head coach of the German national football team, rave about his work. Bjoern has been fortunate to work on Coca-Cola, P&G, Siemens, Nike, Amazon and Volkswagen to name just a few throughout his working life. He also teaches frequently at the Miami Ad School, Berlin. Still he dreams of becoming a professional freeride skier.

Tobias MUKSCH

Tobias grew up in francophone Africa. With some difficulty, he has subsequently managed to negotiate the hurdles of cultural integration in his native Germany. After studying fashion design in Paris, he worked for several renowned fashion houses. Working in the luxury sector, Tobias discovered the allure of commerce and in 2001 founded the agency BEL EPOK to fill a void he had experienced in the industry. Tobias has used formative years marked by outward changeability as motivation to achieve a stable core. He is his own court of last resort and tries never to lose his sense of humour.
