Hi I would strongly reconsider writing that fic based on "no metas in Gotham" because it is an extremely problematic concept with roots in racism, xenophobia and is pro-ICE in tone. Think about it. A man declares an entire group of people as 'dangerous' and is not allowed into a city unless someone (usually white) vouches for them. What does he do if they get in the city? Deport them? How?
