another particular thing abt my Disease that i don't see mentioned often is the constant self-doubt which manifests in the silliest of ways... currently in charge of socmed for a certain project. i've spent 25 minutes fact-checking three (3!) informations (date, last name and the room the event is gonna take place in) on an image which i'm supposed to post. to the point my teeth ached and i had tears in my eyes constantly switching in between the tabs on my laptop cuz i just don't trust my brain... snapped out of it eventually but whew .
