I haven't known the Vampire Invasion Arc's name (just looked up for this post lol), so I often call it the "Vampire Epidemic Arc".
Then I was oh shit, is this the Covid19 version of the BSD world?
Related to bat 🦇, spread super fast around the world, quickly become a global problem, also shocked us a lot and leave a mess behind after finishing?
Sound like both Corona virus and Bram's ability to me.
Did Asagiri was inspired by real life and then created that whole arc???

They should've look at Ginny (possessed by dark lord, very anti-Voldy right inside Hogwarts), Bill (work with ancient curses), Charlie (work with dragons), Ron (adventure around with the boy who lived), the twins (work and experience so much dangerous thing, very outstanding in anti-Voldy in the war) and even their dad (deal with so much criminal).
All of them are/were in danger for long time, if someone could die, it should be one of them, not who never related to any deadly danger.
Like, only Molly and Percy never put themselves in danger ever before the war. If Voldemort and DE never existed, they would be safe forever (along with Ginny, because there was no dark lord to possess her in this AU).
Those dumb don't care about plot or any details at all, they just want to see Percy's death.
People on the subreddit discussing which sibling should’ve died and there’s just a wall of ‘Percy’, most of them saying because it would’ve been a fitting end to his story
It’s so sad no redditor has ever passed a high school English composition class 😔

That was so stupid. They're claiming that Hinata was a privileged slave owner and that she also apparently even perpetuated the mistreatment of the Branch family due to her alleged lack of action in bringing about a change. Okay then, let's look at what they said.
She was gifted her own slave (Neji) on her 3rd birthday.
She was 3 years old, as if she should be held accountable for anything that happened when she was that age.
She rubbed Neji's status as a slave in his face (can you blame him from wanting to kill her?)
Hinata did no such thing, all she did was highlight that Neji was suffering emotionally due to his status as a Branch member. How this person thinks that equates to rubbing his status as a slave in his face is beyond me. She also only said what she did in response to Neji's constant taunts about how she was burdened from birth with the destiny of the Hyuuga's main branch, about how she apparently hates and punishes herself for her weakness and frailty, and how she apparently can't change her nature or her fate:

Hinata literally had every right to respond in the manner that she did. Furthermore, the fact that this person actually thinks that what Hinata said there justifies her being fucking killed, says a lot.
From one of their reblogs - Several Jounin stepped in to save Hinata because it's against the Hyuuga system for Branch Family members to kill those in the Main Family. Hinata's Main Family status was what saved her from dying at Neji's hand, which makes her privileged.
No, several Jounin jumped in to save her from being killed because they didn't want someone to die over a relatively harmless comment, especially when the fight was already clearly over. That's honestly such a load of bullshit that I don't even know where to begin. It was literally never stated that it's against the Hyuuga system for Branch members to kill Main members, and what kind of a stupid rule is that anyway? As if families actually need to clarify that it's a bad thing to be killing each other. That rule did not exist, and played no part in the Jounin's intervention during their match.
She even has Hyuuga slaves other than Neji as her bodyguards!
They're referring to this scene:

And it's not true, but I'll get to that in a moment, because they then went further in one of their reblogs by saying...
It says in that highlighted panel in the fourth scan that Ko will face punishment if Hinata gets harmed in any way during Pein's attack on Konoha. Meaning, Hiashi expects Ko to keep Hinata in perfect condition if Hiashi or Hanabi were to be absent for anything important where Hinata is needed, or face punishment. This should tell you that Hinata is still privileged, and that the Hyuuga system wasn't fixed after Naruto defeated Neji.
However, if they had bothered doing some research before making these accusations, they would have realised that Ko is actually a member of the Main family, as stated in the 4th Databook Mini Character Files, and therefore is not and never had been any kind of slave. He had always been Hinata's caretaker and had always displayed a lot of concern for her well being. Protecting her was not something that he was doing against his will.
The girl is privileged. She benefits from the enslavement of the Hyuuga Branch family. The fact that she never did a single thing to change it is proof that she perpetuates slavery just like her father.
They say "just like her father" as if Hiashi wasn't the one who put an end to the slave like treatment of the Branch family, as if Hinata ever treated any Branch member like a slave, as if Hinata was ever in a position to do anything to end it since she had fallen out of favour. In one of their later reblogs, they tried to downplay the fact that Hiashi very clearly indicated that the Branch family was no longer being treated as slaves, by claiming that...
Hiashi was referring to both Families fighting alongside each other as comrades in the war, not that the slavery practices were abolished and both Families are now equal. If that's true, why does Neji still have the Caged Bird Seal?
And the reach here is just unbelievable. Hiashi very clearly states that "today, the Cadet branch does not live to serve and protect the blood of the main branch, they stand side by side as equals":

Them fighting together was used as an example to demonstrate the equality that was now being practiced between the two families, he obviously wasn't implying that it was a one off occurrence. The Branch family doesn't live to serve the Main family anymore, those were his words, and it cannot get any clearer than that.
And that idea of Neji still having the Seal so he was still a slave - Once the Seal is branded it cannot be removed. So of course he still had it. However, simply possessing the seal does not make him a slave, being treated as a slave does, and that was no longer the case.

Arthur's favorite child will be Percy.
He look like Arthur the most, he's tall, lanky, having glasses and blue eyes, both like subjects everybody don't have interest in, such as Muggle and studying.
Percy wants to be a Ministry employer like his Dad, he's also underrated and seem small in a world don't appreciate his surname. So somehow Arthur sympathize and become the protector he never had in his youth.

Percy's also a very obedient boy, who respect his parents and never complaint about their poverty (before the argument), of course Arthur will like him the most.
On the other hand, Arthur really like to talk to Percy. He replied all Percy's questions in book 3, and have a whole long conversation with him in book 4. Arthur quite uncomfortable when Percy's so admired Barty Sr., who never love his son as much as Arthur did to Percy.

Besides, he forgive Percy too fast (despite all of the anger in book 5 and 6), we can see them coordinate to fight against Thicknesse. Perhaps Arthur want to keep his favorite boy by his side, to be sure that Percy won't leave him once again (or in the worst case, forever).

Hyuga clan is weird, and I'm here to tell you some theories about how they work (maybe).
(Please correct me if I'm wrong somewhere.)
About Hiashi — Hizashi:

Hizashi, the second child, was sealed while his niece Hanabi, who also a second child, was not. I think there are 4 possible cases here.
The Hyuga considered twins as bad omens, like every superstitious people in the past. They sealed Hizashi, because Hiashi was the eldest son and he became their heir by default. If they were normal siblings, Hizashi would be a member of the main family.
The Hyuga wanted to avoid conflict and fraud. Hiashi and Hizashi are identical twins, if Hizashi wanted to be the leader, he would kill Hiashi and pretend to be his brother, everybody could be trapped easily. If they were normal siblings, Hizashi would be a member of the main family.
Hiashi just became a better person (better than his elders, at least). He saw how much his brother and nephew had to suffer, so he protected Hanabi at all cost and luckily, he succeed.
Hinata was too weak when Hanabi was born, so they wanted to wait until she improved. If she couldn't, they would choose a new heir. Hinata was lucky enough, or the Hyuga don't want to seal a member of the main family, she's still a lady.
About how the main family still have so many members:

They've had many members from the beginning and just remained that number until now. They can get married with their relatives in the branch family so they wouldn't need to worry about population decline.
Every child was born in the main would be kept in the main family, whether they are the oldest or not. Only twins (or identical twins) had to be separated.
The Hyuga was normal in the past, until something wrong happened, then they had to separate and practice the seal.
About the Hyuga in Boruto:

All of their conflict were finished off-screen, thanks to Neji Naruto's impacts or some mind changing things after the 4th war.
Some of their conflict still exist, but not serious like in Naruto, the Hyuga just became more comfortable people.
Kishimoto literally forgot they're a large ninja clan, not a normal family, and didn't let them appear much, though they're also Hamura's descendants like Boruto and Himawari.
"Forgotten and wasted so much potential" ahh clan.
I wish I could know more and more about the Hyuga, they have been my favorite clan from the beginning. Guess I have something about loving the flop things 😮💨
Thank you for come to my ted talk 🫶

Found both pics on Pinterest!
I laughed asf, like Percy's looking at his brother's corpse and feeling weird, completely opposite to himself in the book =))))))
But then I came up with a fanfic plot, about what if that body really was not Fred?
TL;DR: Fred's jealous and has a crisis about his identity.
Suddenly Fred died. Nothing impressive about his last battle was told, everything sounded strange and didn't like Fred at all.
Then Percy, not only didn't cry, but also gave him the strangest reactions, like Percy realized it was other person, and Fred was playing death.
After that, in spite of being hated by his family again for not grieving, Percy started searching. He wanted to find Fred, ask him why he left them and drag that boy back. His investigation was full of difficulty, but don't worry, he met Fred, and also had a chance to know the reason behind.
“I had planned the biggest prank on the whole world,” Fred said calmly, as if he was talking about putting bugs into Percy's soup. “Let everyone think you were dead, then come back and laugh at those sad faces! Sound very funny.”
Percy frowned:
“It's not fun at all. It's cruel, especially with George! Imagine losing your twin brother—!”
“What about me?” Fred interrupted.
“Huh?”
“Always the twins this, always Fred and George that!” Suddenly, the younger wizard shouted. “Never just me! You, it was always you and mother! You two considered us as one person, and then said that person was invalid! Now everyone is taking care of George because he lost his twin, not because he lost a family members like others.”
Fred lost Percy at “...mother!”. His younger brother never called their mum with such polite word. Percy can sure that Fred is just babbling and maybe, being crazy.
“No, I'm not. Just jealous.” Fred said immediately, like he can read Percy's mind. “Everyone cares about you because you were alone out here, now George because he lost his twin. Nobody ever looked at me with those worried eyes.”
Percy smiles in vague.
Like, wasn't Fred the most noticeable child in their family? The instigator of every prank, the loudest boy, the one who tried to lock him in that pyramid? Everyone often laugh and encourage Fred's pranks, why is he disappointed like this?
“I saw you and dad fought together in the battle, after my "death". He had forgiven you too fast, kept you around him like he scared of you leaving him again. Papa's boy.” Fred laughed. “I completely understood why he was so angry years ago. You're his favorite child, and you were going to leave him for a man who underrated him. Besides, now George is the center of attention, and I'm nothing but a skeleton.”

That's awesome!!!
Percy meeting Sirius Black years after their POA encounter in your fic, discuss:
Ah, so I was writing a follow-up (that I may finish), in which Percy, during the Triwizard Tournament, rents a cottage in Hogsmeade. It just so happens to be the cottage that Sirius breaks into to use the Floo, believing the cottage to be empty.
Well, it leads to another round of sex. But also, they chat about Barty Crouch and Sirius reveals that Percy's boss refused him a trial, and Percy struggles to defend Crouch.
Percy starts to dig deeper and finds himself disillusioned with the Ministry. When he's promoted to the Minister's office, he can't help feeling sick to his stomach about the Minister denying Voldemort's return. Anyway, this all leads to Percy becoming a spy for the Order.
Percy attends meetings at 12 Grimmauld Place, and he's slightly disappointed that Sirius barely acknowledges him. It drives him a bit crazy until finally, he confronts Sirius who explains that he figured Percy wouldn't want anyone to know about their little trysts, particularly not Mrs. Weasley. And then they fuck again :)
