For your trans warrior cats hcs I have one question, which is how do you think they had kids if they're trans like do you think that they had their kids before their transition or after?

Okay I'm a bit late to answering this bc I completely forgot my tumblr password, so sorry! But it isn't offensive, no worries!

How kits usually work in my mind with trans characters is one of 4 options:

1) They had kits before their transition, like you mentioned!

2) Irl there are some trans people who don't feel dysphoria when it comes to pregnancy, so some of my trans hcs fall under that assumption

3) They got a surrogate, someone else willing to have a kit for them

or 4) They simply adopted a kit!

The most common explanations I use, I think, are 1 and 3, but I've used all 4 a few times each! Thanks for asking! 😊

The reason there’s so much discourse around Mapleshade’s Vengeance is because the book is filled with nuanced characters and this fandom is physically incapable of looking at a character in any sort of light beyond “Bad, deserves hell” and “Perfect angel, Live in paradise”.

Y’all will beg for complex characters. Y’all will brag about how your interpretations are so much deeper and better than canon. The honest to god truth? Nobody in this fandom would be able to handle it.

Now that Security Breach is officially out and I have played it, I'd like to say this is still very much true.

Maybe a sorta standoffish kind of cat? Not the greatest socially, has very little care for the cats around them.

Possible Names: Cinnamonpatch, Twoface, Splitpelt, Scrapshake, Tigermoth, Pinecone

Hmmmm an oversharer! Way kinder than their sibling, but a bit off in their own way. Just a lil too interested in past wars and rebellions. Also wayyy too into the afterlife and funerals and shit. Something went wrong either in kithood or before they were born and left ear never actually opened as a kit. HoH

Friendly reminder that during the Fire Scene Jay Holly and Lion were also full adults. Please stop using that scene to say Ashfur went after them as children. Instead use the scene where he tries to outright kill Lionpaw during training! Bc that was a thing that happened, yknow

Honestly begging people to stop acting like Swiftpaw was some hotheaded dumb kid and Brightpaw was just some naive child he forced into helping him.

Instead, let's treat them like what they actually were! 23 year olds who were fucking pissed that their biggest authority figure was still treating them like they were 13!

Also, a lesser thing, but friendly reminder that Brightheart wasn't forced by Swiftoaw to do anything. Ferncloud and Ashfur were also asked and said no. That was that. Brightheart went of her own free will because she was also angry :)
