Hello! I'm sorry to bother you but i'm pretty new to homestuck and I've been spending days trying to figure out what my classpect is - I feel like online quizzes for it are quite biased. It is easy for you to simply pick what you like based on what you want your answer to be and I find it quite frustrating! Is there an easier way to figure out what your classpect is? :O

yes there certainly is, i dont trust quizzes to be inherently right and i like to rely more on the persons actual mindset. i made a post earlier about this if you wanna check that out!

Can I ask for an analysis of a Knight of Void please? I went a long time being unsure of my classpect and I finally found one that fits the bill completely so I’m really happy about it!!

SAME CLASSPECT SAME CLASSPECT YAAAAYYYYY

knights of void use their vagueness and uncertainty to shield the fact that they dont have all the answers. wether they feel unequipped to handle the void aspect or they just generally dont feel comfortable with it, they’re insecure about their oblivion, so they wield it as a front. its much similar to how people may make self deprecating jokes to shield the fact that they’re pretty depressed on the inside. they might be vague or be a devils advocate about whatever they do so the attention isnt drawn directly on them. knights of void have a hard time with fitting the expectations of knowledge, not always having all the information or not being able to understand things fully and clearly and they maybe feel like they aren’t truly skilled or proficient at anything, like they dont have an importance or a purpose. they might try to be jacks of all trade, desperately trying to find something to completely understand but nothing ever works. i can however see a knight of void maybe having a secret skill that they completely overlook as unimportant that they’re actually extremely in tune and proficient with. knights of void may also try and doubt everything that comes in their path, questioning if what they’re experiencing is true and real or not, maybe even believing they’re having hallucinations or living in a false reality. this could be a way for them to compensate for the fact thay they dont quite understand the world and reality around them. their goal is to learn to come to terms with the void in them and wield it as a powerful tool and accept that its okay to have that void in them. their inverse is rogue of light, one who gathers information from others and themselves and redistributes it to their allies.

Do you assign classpects? And if so what information should we provide you so you can do so?

i can try and suggest possible classpects but in the end the person that makes the decision on classpect is you. i do have some good methods for classpecting yourself though!

start by asking yourself which aspect duality do you see most in your life? theyre not necessarily your favorite pair, but its the duality that can pretty much sum up what your life revolves around. my life has revolved around an endless cycle of confusion and clarity. ask yourself whay your role in life is too, and what role best fits you if you should ever enter sburb. i believe my role would have to do with gathering information, so my duality would be light/void relatd. then, ask yourself what would you do with that power? what DO you to with that power? how do you handle your aspect and what is your relationship with it? i have a pretty tense relationship with both the light and void aspect and im insecure about if i lean one way or the other. but, i do know that im very good at gaining peoples trust and gathering information and i completely have the power to redistribute that information, and a rogue is one who gathers and redistributes. my inverse comes into play with that too, as a knight of void i exploit my vagueness and skepticism as an act to shield the fact that im insecure about not having all the answers about myself and when i havent gathered enough information about others to redistribute.

another more fun and less completely accurate way is to literally group the canon characters into aspects and/or classes and see which group you fit best with. its why i was between seer and rogue for so long, because i fit best with both of them but asking myself what i do with my aspect helped me realize that im a rogue of light and not a seer of heart, which seers and the light aspect can be easily confused. i hope this helps!! feel free to give me your response to what you do with your aspect or what your duality is and i can try and help make it clearer for you!

Haio! I know I'm a life player and I thiiiiiink I'm a rogue. Do you think you could do an analysis of a Rogue of Life? and maybe how it differs from other classes but you don't have to do that if it's too complicated lol

hello!! rogues are the passive pair to thieves and take their aspect not for themselves but others. rogues are the easiest to understand for me because i am one, a rogue of light. rogues tend to pass up the opportunity to take on their aspect for themselves and grab whatever they can to give to others they deem more deserving. they may want so bad to be the recipient of their aspect but its almost as if theyre too scared to take on that responsibility. rogues of life make sure everyone they consider an ally is happy and healthy, even if it means taking it from other allies and especially themselves and giving it to the other. theyre like robin hood, stealing from the poor to give to the rich. their inverse is knight of doom, actively exploiting nihilism and pessimism as a sword and shield for a defense mechanism. I can specifically see a rogue of life taking things like medical supplies or some kind of beneficial healing substance from the opposite team to provide to their own team. an example i can think of is if the rogue of life’s allies are in a barren, despair-stricken area and their opposing team is flourishing in a well nourished and fruitful environment with things like trees and healing foods or even good food growth in general, then the rogue would sneak over to that opposite team’s environment, steal their goods and food, and bring it back to their own team to distribute to them, saving themselves for the leftovers if there are any. they may even give up their own health and growth to make sure another player is growing well. i can see them working themselves to death to make sure their coplayer is healed and healthy and able to grow and flourish

(1/2) i have a request: My aspect is a fan one that i created which is the “nature” and is (or may become) a counterpart of other fan aspect which is known and famous the “dream” one; so my hs god tier tile is “witch of the nature”, can you please not only speculate on it, but in order to to help you I will tell the features of the nature aspect which is almost like in between the light aspect and the life one, but despite that the nature players can’t revive, they are all are ...

i dont support or believe in fanon aspects. period. they dont work with the aspect wheel or the class system. the classes and aspects are based on a wheel of 12 archetypes created by a german psychologist by the name of Carl Jung. also, aspects don’t just have to do with magic powers, they have to do with your soul and who you are, your identity and full potential. you cant pick and choose them. classpectry isnt a fun “take this quiz to see what aspect youre most like lol” scenario, its psychology to the core. so no, i will not analyze a fan classpect. its just not reasonable. your “nature” aspect is literally just describing the life aspect. sorry if this all sounds harsh but fan classpects REALLY piss me off cause that’s just not how classpects work. if you want to talk me about what your real classpect is youre more than welcome to but im just not going to encourage made up terms in a psychological system

Hi there! I’m Daylin. Lets get straight to the point, I’m a Seer of Heart whos obsessed with identity. I like explaining classpects to other people because self and identity are the most important things to me. My biggest life value is being honest with yourself because how can you be happy if you dont know who you really are abd what you really want?
