ASK BOX: OPEN. REQUESTS: BEING TAKEN. HOTEL: TRIVAGO.Hello there! I’m CJ (as in classpect-journal), and I’m here because I wanted to analyze some classpects, so I figured that if I was gonna do that, I might as well share em with all of you guys while I’m at it! :DI’m accepting these kinds of requests: joke classpects/classes/aspects, fan classpects/classes/aspects, all canon classpects/classes/aspects, combinations of classpects and ezodiac sign classes, ezodiac sign analyses (basically I try to read the personality of the entire sign), classpect/class/aspect powers, and theme songs! :D
Don't wanna be here? Send us removal request.
Note
For the unpopular opinion thing: the bard crisis is kinda stupid. It exists, but the way people describe it makes it sound like they go from 0 to 100 w their aspect and will suddenly accept and embrace it. I kinda see it as a gradual build up, they show bits of their aspect leaking out for a while. They may have what people call multiple crises, but it's really just them maturing over time and not going 180 w their aspect

Heir of Time
Heir: One who changes/influences [aspect] (or through [aspect]) for others, and will eventually become [aspect].
Time: The end of a story or arc, as well as literal time. Not necessarily entropy, but it’s implied in Homestuck on plenty of occasions that this could be the case. The Time-bound charge towards their goal without necessarily caring about how it gets done, only concerned with achieving the goal. Think stereotypical Leprechaun hunters: they aren’t in it for the hunt, but for the pot o’ gold at the end of the rainbow, first and foremost. Time players also have themes of retries, implied in Pesterquest Aradia’s route where she creates infinite retries for MSPA Reader.
The Heir of Time would change/influence Time (or through Time) for others, and will eventually become Time and everything it represents. What a dangerous fellow. They would inherit massive amounts of Time, or maybe they would just think that they had all the Time in the world to do whatever they wanted. However, given their Aspect, they would get it done when push comes to shove, making them somewhat unreliable, but also very useful when they finally step up and actually take care of things. They would also get a lot of chances to try/finish things over and over again, but if they don’t take control of that, things could get real wild, real fast.
As for becoming endings, maybe they would take the role of the self-righteous hunter. Going around and being the end of someone else’s story or ending someone else’s time, whether it’s in a social sense or a literal sense. They would take control of the timeline and somehow switch things up so that the outcome becomes somehow different than what others had in mind (or even from what it was supposed to be according to paradox space). They should also be careful not to become their own end, or worse, the end of their entire team.
An unhealthy Heir of Time would invert to a Mage of Space, one who knows the origins of everything and has experienced that for themself. Giving up their time travel and ignoring doomed offshoots to learn from the present and their roots could be beneficial, but in superfluous amounts, this could cause the Heir to lose steam and even give up on everything else, if things get out-of-hand.
In Sburb, the Heir of Time would be the team’s incredibly volitale powerhouse. Lying dormant for a while, shifting outcomes in the background, and passively making sure that everything turns out alright. When the time comes, they’ll rise up and become the reason that something ends, giving them their power. From there on out, they need to learn how to control the ebb and flow of Time in the favor of the team. Only then can they unlock their full potential as the team’s alterable timeline.

Mage of Space
Mage: One who experiences [aspect] for themself, and gains understanding through [aspect].
Space: The aspect of journies, everything that exists in the present, new beginnings, creation, and the physical realm. The ezodiac describes them as “patient, masters of the art of ‘wait-and-see’” (http://hs.hiveswap.com/ezodiac/aboutaspects.php). Canon Space players are known for being good caretakers, however it should be noted that not all Space players are willing to take care of their aspect and what it represents. Everyone is different, after all.
The Mage of Space would experience the creation of things for themselves. This could manifest as moving around a lot, being an artist, or having to start over in life time and time again. As patient people, this wouldn’t be much of a problem for them, but if they begin to suffer as a result of this, they can grow detached from their current reality and begin to invert into an Heir of Time.
Alternatively, they could have a defining experience in which they were able to somehow see the entire world all at once, like a sort of burst of omnipresence. They would learn from this and handle it according to the individual and their circumstances, but the experience could be jarring to a Mage of Space who doesn’t know the cause of such an event.
As the active understanding class, their strengths lie in understanding Space for themselves. Because of their firsthand knowledge of their aspect, they are able to create things themselves. Taking the stardust that everything is made of and turning it into something new and fresh, but at the expense of the destruction of the old materials, is the ability of the Mage of Space. Through the laws of the world that state that matter cannot be destroyed nor created, they would be able to synthesize and alchemize anything they want. The universe would practically bend to their whims.
You really can’t put a personality to a classpect, but in terms of human reality (as opposed to the reality of a Homestuck troll), people tend to have a few traits or strengths that they fall back on and use to define themselves. The Mage of Space would likely be a great artist of some kind, or maybe be a fantastic chemist. A young Mage of Space might have an interest in Space-related things, and may realize later how talented they are in their field(s) of interest. They might not stay in the same place (work, school, or otherwise) for long, and as a result, they’re well-travelled in some sense (whether it’s in great detail of a small area or vice versa). They have the potential to be great mediators, given the experience, and they might consider a career in social work or legal business, but could find that their strengths lie elsewhere.
A fully-realized Mage of Space is the team’s true alchemist. The alchemizer would be their best friend, and they would practically work miracles with it. The challenge of their role is to assist the team with their creations, to alchemize things that are completely overpowered for the team’s level, and to shift the cosmos to make way for the new gods of the universe. At best, the Mage of Space is a wise, patient, and brilliant alchemist and innovator. At worst, they can isolate themselves from their peers, become increasingly detached and apathetic to the struggles of their friends, or rise to power on their own and forget their morals in their quest to dominate all of paradox space.

Ok so!
I’ve taken some time to figure things out, and I think that tomorrow, I’ll be back and stop being a cryptid! I now have my own vision of what classpects are instead of just taking from other people, so that should be pretty useful while I’m writing and rewriting my analyses! To get it out of my head, I’m gonna try analyzing some Mages tonight. Wish me luck! :D

Funny how fast motivation can fly out the window, isn’t it?
Hey guys! Sorry about that hiatus!
I’ve been struggling with my mental issues, but I think I’ve figured it out (along with who I am)!
The Mage of Blood is BACK, babey!
Someday I’ll make my own profile picture, but for now, I’ll give credit to @titleaspectexplanations for the middle image of the moodboard! :D
I’ll do a lil bit of catchup later today, but for now, f o o d is required.
I hope to hear from y’all soon!

just for a second imagine the opposite aspect fraymotifs... Hope and Rage making you fight against both your dreams and your fears, Time and Space reconfiguring the fabric of reality, Heart and Mind completely destroying your consciousness... And that's only the destructive ones: Doom and Life could make a replacement for the Ring of Life, not for long tho, giving a player invincibility. That, too, is without classes. I'd write more but i'm lazy.
Oh VERY good, very sexy, thank you for sharing!

Open Classpect Discussion: Unpopular Theories!
Get it off your chest and see the opinions of others!
Mine goes: The classpects are slightly different in real life because the characters in the games/webcomic have set personalities and real people don’t. Real people grow with time, and thus, their classpect might actually be entirely different from if they joined Sburb at a younger age.
Additionally, it’s normal for people to have fragments in their personalities because that’s just how complex the human race tends to be. It doesn’t automatically mean that you’re a Heart player. Other factors can help determine that.

Hey, I came to a similar conclusion! Nice advice actually, I didn’t think of that
How would I know if I'm Thief Of Heart or Mage Of Rage?
Oh goody, I never get any of these!
All right, in my experience the best way to figure out your title is through the following steps. (I’m posting my whole step-by-step list, but since you’ve come so far you can go ahead and skip to step 5.)
1.) Listen to your intuition. (If it’s trying to tell you something, anyway. Don’t worry about it if there’s nothing to listen to.)
2.) Figure out if you’re passive or active, as this knocks out half of your options. Looking at how you were as a kid (or asking your parents and/or relatives, for those of us with memory problems) can be a huge help if you’re having trouble with this one.
3.) Make a list of classes and aspects that you think you might be, and one’s that you’re pretty darn sure you’re not.
4.) Mix and match the classes and aspects on your ‘maybe’ list to find one that suits you. (NOTE: If one of your classes is a Bard or Prince, you might want to try combining it with the inverses of the aspects on your list. It generally turns up something.)
5.) MOST IMPORTANT: Find one that not only suits you, but that has an inversion that suits you as well. If your inversion doesn’t relate to you as well, then you may want to rethink your title.
6.) Ask parents, relatives, or long-time friends if the title and inversion seem to match you. Generally the people who have been around us for a long time can see parts of us that we miss, and this step can be helpful if you’re feeling uncertain about your title.
As for whether you’re a Thief of Heart or Mage of Rage, I’d say the easiest way to find out is to look at yourself when you’re at your worst. When you’re at your absolute lowest points are you more like a Knight of Mind, manipulating intelligence and choices to suit your own ends? Or are you more like an Heir of Hope, sitting back and reassuring yourself that everything will work out on its own and that you don’t need to bother doing anything? Or - if you don’t want to think about yourself at your worst - try thinking of whether the Heart/Mind dichotomy or the Hope/Rage dichotomy suits you better, because you would be getting both parts tied in with your title.
As for the super secret 7th step, it’s as follows.
You will probably never be entirely certain that you’ve got your title right. And that’s okay.
We don’t have a magical video game to tell us what our Title is. We have to figure it out on our own. I know for a fact that if I had known about this stuff when I was younger I would have labeled myself a Witch of Heart because I would have though Heart was the cutest and Witches had the nicest outfits. Maybe in the future I’ll be sure that I’m some other Title and I’ll look back on this and wonder how I deluded myself into thinking I was a Sylph of Hope for so long. Or maybe not.
Hopefully this helped at least somewhat. Let me know if there’s anything else you need, or if I’ve only confused you more. Best of luck!

hello! if it's not too much trouble would you mind theorizing about possible roles/powers a thief of doom might have? I think about it a lot myself, but I can't ever come up with anything that isn't pretty morbid. Any hope for a thief of doom?
Alright, sounds like a fun challenge! :D
A Thief of Doom would be like a sort-of martyr, but that’s taking it at surface value. Taking into account the order and systems part of fatalism that Doom tends to entail, perhaps the Thief of Doom could steal oppressive rules and regulations for themself, allowing them to turn the power of an oppressive government against the system. Going with the associations with technology, the Thief of Doom would likely be an excellent hacker, but only use their talents for stealing the information of others. Also, these guys would be REALLY great “classic” thieves because they would steal through Doom as well, therefore stealing while still being justified by law in doing so. Quite manipulative (but clever) if I do say so myself.
So the Thief of Doom seems like they would take away the pain and suffering of others in order to suffer in place of their friends at first glance. If you look closer, they actually have some pretty neat abilities that would make them great aristocrats! But uhh, they might wanna cool it on the rules, because they have a LOT of potential to become tyrannical.

Hi! It’s so cool to see an active classpect blog nowadays! If you’re not too busy, would you be able to do an analysis for a page of blood, please? Thanks so much, and I hope you have a great day. :)
Thank you so much!! You have a great day, too!! :D
Page of Blood: One who inspires Blood in others or inspires others through Blood.
Blood is the Leader Aspect of Unity. It has major themes of social bonds, loyalty, and relationships. Minor themes of actual blood and chains.
Pages tend to be a little dreamy and idealistic, wanting to live up to their extremely high standards. Their standards often have to do with a personified version of their aspect. The challenge of the Page is one of perserverence; they have the power to reach their high standards one day, which makes them into a wellspring of potential. Additionally, they tend to be a blank Page for their aspect, which allows them to fill in whatever they want. It just takes time, support, and a whole lot of effort.
A Page of Blood would likely be a generally dreamy sort with the goal of becoming an influential idol or inspirational leader one day. If this Page has strong political views, they would likely be the one to start the revolution. Before the Page realizes their true powers, they’ll have a lack of the necessary bonds that they’ll need to achieve their dreams, and thus, resemble a player of Breath. At some point, the persistence will kick in, and they’ll start forming stronger bonds between the people they know. As they begin to branch out more, they’ll begin to cultivate unity in the people around them, starting with the people they trust most. As they begin to be more open, the Page will meet new acquaintances who think in similar ways to the Page. Cultivating Unity and Bonds in their wake, the Page of Blood will begin to be as influential as they want. This gratification will only fuel their efforts, and at this point, it’ll be hard to stop them if they decide to keep up heir efforts.
As the Page of Blood grows, they would resemble their ideals more and more, but the one thing that wouldn’t change is their dependency on others. However, their ability to create bonds and unity amongst peers would prove to be a stable pillar that the Page can rely on. Therefore, reliance wouldn’t be much of a problem for a fully-realized Page of Blood. I could see this class as a successful rebellion leader, an idol with a hard path to the top, or a popular politician with a cause that most people tend to agree with. It all depends on the personality and ideals of the Page in question.
At their strongest, the Page of Blood would have an unfalterable legion of friends and comrades who would do anything for the Page, but if the Page gives up, then they would be left hopeless and without much support. This Page in particular needs to perservere, because if they’re left without the support of others, they’re likely to go grimdark and invert into a Thief of Breath, which is (quite frankly) NOT something the session needs.
At their best, the Page of Blood is a revolutionary leader withstrong conviction and an equally resilient moral compass. At their worst, the Page of Blood can be fatalistic, lonely, and prone to becoming controlling and tyrannical to satisfy their need for camaraderie in order to fulfill their convictions and ideals. Not someone you’d wanna piss off, that’s for sure.
