Anyways Patchfoot is balding, idk why I decided that but I really like how it came out! I’ve also dubbed the unknown Tom sly, I’ll only do unknown characters when I feel like it so don’t get too hopeful.

Cherrytail! God a lot of skyclan cats in this family tree have the -tail suffix huh. Anyways I’m starting work on the other side of starlingpaws family tree which means I can add more fun traits into the genepool yay!

Bit of a sketchy Saturday with our current family tree! This was originally gonna end at sparrow, tiny, fallow, and wasp but I wanted to start designing their parents and god I already found the inbreeding. These are far from perfect as it’s mainly to show how the genes are passing on through the generations. It’s a lofty goal to someday fill all these characters in, but hey I’ll try my best! Some of these designs haven’t been posted yet but just wait a little bit and they will!

Hey dev who came up with the original idea here! The project was originally supposed to group together a bunch of similar names so that if there wasn’t a symbol for the specific clan name you chose you got assigned a random one from the category you’re in, but I got busy with school so when the project got picked up by scribble that feature ended up not being added. So currently the reason you ended up with that symbol is because they just assigned you a random one. I presume the reason it was never added is because we are adding new symbols constantly and it would just be way more work to have to remove the now done clan names from that list. As for the reason there’s no ocean related symbols and three for ermine is because we’re volunteers and we draw whatever interests us at the current moment 🤷‍♂️. But seriously though someone drew like three different variations for ermine and couldn’t decide which one so we said “why not all” lol

I was so baffled by this I hunted down the code for it and apparently this is the ‘Tumbleclan’ symbol.

I’m genuinely so confused, then I looked through all the symbol options to switch it and there were no ocean themed ones which is wild. Like there’s 3 different symbols for ‘Ermineclan’ of all things (not to mention there’s a stoat and weasel symbols too which essentially are the same thing tbh)

I would’ve expected the Ripple symbol maybe or the Lake one or even the Riverclan symbol but somehow we got Tumbleclan

Anyways I went down the rabbit hole of symbols and never chose a new one but I will soon and then probably change my icon to it

Sandynose!! I really liked him in hawkwings journey and then I read avos and he was such a jerk?! He’s one of the few to actually return to the clan after disappearing which is really interesting too. Anyways he looks a lot like his son finleap, except I gave him a bit of a mullet lol. I really like how this one came out though!!

Robinpaw!! We know literally nothing about her so lots of speculation but I mean I think it’s pretty fair to assume she is grieving her father along with her brother lol. She’s showed up a lot in the background of other character sheets so she was bound to be here eventually. This is one of my favorites so far! And also I think this is the end of my little ten character challenge holly shit?! It’s not a big goal but I’m happy I met it either way! I think I’ll continue to do a few more until I naturally get busy with school and phase it out but it’s been fun! I have a few more characters I have ideas for so I’m excited to show those too!

Quailfeather! Ok so he’s Reedclaws mate and kitescratches father, and the wiki gave both Reedclaw and quailfeather blue/green heterochromia even though Kitescratch has yellow eyes. So Someone had to change! This is where starlingpaw got his folded tail and ears, and also general fluffiness. Also featuring grandpaw quail with baby robinpaw!

Finleap! The little baby of the family. I have a full tailed ref of him in plumwillows post if anyone feels like using this design. Also I included a joke about *the scene* which I think most people agree was shitty, but I also feel he was probably just an immature kid. Aaaanyways he’s a baby he was fun to design.

Plumwillow!! Did anyone else ever imagine her as a tortie? Idk why I thought she was one but I guess she’s not. Anyways I really liked her in Hawkwing’s journey and them both bonding over loosing their mates only for sandy to come back lol. I wish we saw the kids relationship with Hawkwing as adults in the books a little more, I wonder if they still think of him like a step father of sorts

Waspwhisker!! I’ve been super interested in him ever since his disappearance in hawkwings journey, he never came back and it’s always left me wondering. It’s implied they got taken by animal control and given he never came back I can only hope he found a good home as a kitty pet or something similar :[. Cats who disappear without a trace in general really interest me I find them fascinating and also quite sad. More of his family tree coming soon!

Reedclaw! Love her, I’d be mad too in her situation and I hope we see more of her. I don’t think she’s deputy material but who knows I can never predict the new books these days
