No more dwelling on the past, on negativity and on things you can't control. On my shift at my second job, I was sent to the supermarket right in front of this view and immediately felt blessed and started reading my bible while waiting for my order. Feeling thankful. I know God got me during all of this.

And this is what happens when you fall off. 😔 it's terrible to look at but tomorrow is day 1. Cutting out all the sweets, bad fats, fast foods and back to my clean eating. Meal prepping begins as my chicken defrosts! I can't do fast cardio at home because of ppl living downstairs but I have a park a couple blocks away. If anyone has any suggestions for workouts please email me @ [email protected] ! I'm also too broke to buy anything right now so please don't tell me about any products to try thanks!
