Making my au into a comic :0

I had the bright idea to make my own background, it looks SO bad........I'll fix it later...maybe.

This is set after Dandy made twisteds (hiding the fact that he did by blaming to much ichor exposure) then decided for the main he would use the formula (explained in some other au post). He got himself cleaned up a bit and is acting more cheerful than usual, Astro is relieved that he seems to have gotten back to normal...oh Astro you poor thing. If your confused I have 3 other au post explaining some of the lore :)

My Dandy's world Twisted Reality au!

ALOT of yapping:

Just like in the og lore, Gardenview shuts down leaving all the toons behind. Dandy gathers tapes so that he can save all the footage he can to get the show up and running again.

In my Twisted Reality au he does what was said above and uses Delilahs toon making research to recreate most of the toons (making twisteds) in Gardenveiw so that they are "fresh and ready for the show!" -Dandy. When he comes to the idea that he will have to recreate his best friends (the mains) he feels overwhelming guilt. Yes he knew and spent time with evertoon in Gardenveiw but, " when I recreate the other toons (non main) I can just insert there old memories in them! They will be just as they used too so no harm!"-Dandy. Recreating the toons he spent 90% of his time with (the mains) however makes him feel different about the processes and decides to create a compromise just for them!

Delilah used a formula that is inserted into the toons "brain" to give them memories that technically didn't happen irl. Dandy used the formula along with a anaesthesia to create a fake reality inside there minds. Dandy tested it on Astro who was originally willing to help him. Astro had control over his mind due to his dream powers allowing him to give results to Dandy. Dandy quickly used it on Shelly and Sprout (it didn't work on Vee for long because of her being part technology) event though the formula wasn't quite right. Nevertheless he decided this was a better option than cloning his main friends.

Dandy only tested the formula on Astro but because of his dream powers the results were different than Sprout+Shelly. When Sprout+Shelly got the formula used on them ( unwillingly ) there bodies became twisted in less than 24 hours. They did not have control over their twisted bodied and were mentally still in the fake reality (kind of like sleep walking). They could not be contained by dandy and wander floors often.

This did happen to Astro but he had complete control of the effects, keeping him from twisting completely. He told Dandy that something went wrong with it but Dandy was desperate for quick results and refused to listen to Astro.

While Dandy was working he was extremely passive to everytoon only ever talking with Astro about him and his work ( he didn't tell Astro about the toon cloning/twisted making though and blamed it on too much ichor exposure). Dandys physical and mental state got worse the more he worked. Because of how much time Dandy spends around his formulas he became tainted with some of them allowing him to become twisted. Pebble was left alone by Dandy not thinking he could cause any harm to his plans. If anything happens inside the fake reality that might make the toon realise that its fake a little Dandy will show up on a tv in a dark room telling the toon that its was just a dream and to "wake up your friends are waiting!".
