Contribution is one of my words for my 20/20 Vision 👁 Thinking about Dr. Martin Luther King Jr‘s contribution I am humbled by and the contribution that he made during his lifetime. He fought and sacrifice with wisdom and courage to advance the cause of equality and the consequences of his tireless work lead to his powerful results! Today I began reflecting on my own contributions on this planet and on the island of Puerto Rico🌴 And I encourage you to do the same and I invite you to be inspired by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. And spend a little bit of time today contemplating the ambitious things you aspire to do with your life. Maybe you have big dreams of creating an invention or a business, maybe an organization that improves the lives of millions. 🤔 Its easy to let others discourage us from our bold dreams. So it’s up to us to find ways to hold onto the inspiration all while striving for the lifelong contributions.🌈 Also important are the less obvious ones like the people you support every day in small ways. For many of us are a small sense of contribution like supporting a neighbor, family, friends... There’s probably contributions that you’re not even thinking about as a contribution acts like helping a friend through a hard time or planning a play date for your kids. Allow the value that you create for others to create a sense of purpose and fulfillment and as you become more mindful of how you support others. Grow those contributions, expand them and let them flourish 🌺Following Dr. Kings example I invite you to pursuit purpose. We are going through some intense changes personally and in the world; and thank goodness. I love me some change & transformation ❤️ I feel like everything that it happening in our outside world is trying to bring us more inward. Listen and pay attention. 👂🏼 It’s asking us to reflect, to let go of judgements and resentments or whatever is holding us back. Find compassion, empathy and forgiveness within yourself 1st. Think about or find your purpose if you haven’t yet. How can you put your qualities 🤔 to help those around you and participate in a cause 🙋🏻‍♀️that matters to YOU. Let’s open our hearts, be willing to connect with and spread peace ✌🏽, be kind, accept and respect others, especially if they are different from you, we are really all one humanity. Respect ✊🏽 ourselves and our planet 🌎We must show up and take responsibility for our part as the future is being created by each and everyone of us now! Estamos pasando por algunos cambios intensos personalmente y en el mundo; Y gracias al universo. Me encantan cambios y transformaciones ❤️ Siento que todo lo que sucede en nuestro mundo exterior está tratando de llevarnos más hacia adentro. Escucha y presta atención👂🏼 Nos está pidiendo que reflexionemos, que dejemos de lado los juicios y los resentimientos o lo que sea que nos esté frenando. Encuentra la compasión, la empatía y el perdón dentro de ti primero. Piensa o encuentra tu propósito si aún no lo has hecho. ¿Cómo puedes poner tus cualidades 🤔 para ayudar a quienes te rodean y participar en una causa 🙋🏻‍♀️ que es importante para TI? Abramos nuestros corazones, estemos dispuestos a conectarnos y difundir la paz ✌🏽, sea amable, acepte y respete a los demás, especialmente si son diferentes a ti, en realidad todos somos una sola humanidad. Today on my Birthday in my Birthday suit, I’ve never felt so comfortable in my own skin.
