Oshigei Shokudo x IPPUDO. Ōshige Yōhei is currently the head chef of Ōshige Shokudō. The winning Jun Ramen Nanabushi features soup broth made using 7 different types of dehydrated meats, including iwashi (sardine), masaba (mackerel), katsuo (skipjack tuna), fugu (puffer fish), chicken, pork and beef. It is then uniquely extracted through a coffee siphon, resulting in a flavourful broth. The ramen noodles are made of ラー麦 (ramen wheat flour) from Fukuoka prefecture, boasting a delightful chewy texture. It is then topped with special charcoal-grilled chashu, fresh green onion, seaweed, black fungus and umami egg. Singapore will be the only country other than Japan to try It. The winning ramen will be the highlight of the 6-course meal offered exclusively at IPPUDO Shaw Centre on 4 and 5 July 2018. Meal is served by the founder Shigemi Kawahara San @ Ramen King. Oishi ! Apple park is the corporate HQ of Apple Inc. The massive new hq complex in Cupertino , California is nicknames the “spaceship” because it looks like one. To get a proper view u need to have a drone or be on a helicopter above however at the Apple Park Visitor Centre you can look at the model of it and also view on the iPad how it looks like inside the campus. If anyone is visiting Yosemite National Park, Glacier Point is one of the highlights of the trip. A viewpoint above Yosemite Valley with an elevation of 7214 feet and 3200 feet above Half Dome Village (the place we stayed) It’s a Four mile (4.6mile/7.4km) trail up. And same way down. If 15km of hiking is too much for you then you could drive there. It’s about one hour car drive to reach the viewpoint. You could also do what we did ,take a bus tour up to Glacier Point and hike down (7.4km) so that u can see the views from the trail. The view from our camp. We stayed at two different campsites at the Yosemite National Park. First night we stayed at the Housekeeping camp by the riverside. With no doors but a covered area with beds , rack , table and a campfire pit .Plus a bear proof safe for us to store all our food and toiletries so that bears 🐻do not smell food n come in our camp and say hello to us 🙈 That night was so cold as it was -1degrees that night. A creative way for a dinner menu. Our menu with no words or pictures but just Emoji at Gaggan. Gaggan is an Indian restaurant named no 1 in Asia's Best Restaurant and 7th in the The Worlds Best Restaurant @theworlds50best. Located in Bangkok , Thailand. We ordered two different 25 course dinner. One vegetarian and one non vegetarian. So that explains the emoji on the right side is different from the left. This was given when we started our dinner and after we finished our 25 course meal , we were able to get another full menu with dish names of what we ate. How interesting concept indeed.
