Season 1 of The Acolyte is over and I sincerely hope for another season. It has also caused me to form strong feelings. The #1 feeling being as follows:

I want more than goddamn pre-marital HANDHOLDING.

You're going to fucking tell me that they devoted a whole ass episode to the sexy nakey man talking about the seduction of the dark side of the force, literally giving Osha the up down before saying "Desire", the lightsaber to the throat, AND ALL YOU ARE GOING TO GIVE ME IS THIS?!

Go girl. Give us nothing.

Overall 8/10. Gave me very conflicted feelings about the Jedi and helped me mentally reframe the events leading up to Anakin. Will still rewatch EP 6 as I have no shame. I seriously hope they make another season, because I def know who that little jump scare of a slimy boy was earlier in the episode and I want more.

I absolutely adore that Niko Sasaki's contribution to the Dead Boy Detective Agency isn't any kind of special powers she could've gotten from being possessed by parasitic little gods, but rather it's just her— with her innate curiosity and kindness, her love of love, and the earnestness and sincerity in which she says or does something.... ooooh I love her so much my best girl !!!!

Yall. I went to go see A Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes this morning with my Dad. Deadass tell my why u was so convinced that Coriolanus was played by Taz Skylar, I had to do a double take when I saw him in act 3. It was actually Tom Blyth (who did an amazing job btw) but man these two look so similar to me (or I’m just insane) like DAMN. Y’all sure you guys aren’t siblings or something??
