A little advice from me :3
If you're finding success with your diet or starvation, taking photos of different parts of your body, or maybe your whole body, on a weekly basis will help you stay on task!
Also, if things don't go well, which is totally okay, look at these pictures and tell yourself that you made it last time and you will make it this time.. and even better, you are slowly reaching your goals, you are starting to love your best friend more and more :)
