Doubting if you really have BPD, because you have a whole system for your attachments.

There are two groups:

A) Social battery spenders

They spend your social battery, arw tiring to be around, so you act avoidant around them, but you love them, you just can't show it

(You also split more frequently on them)

B) Social battery chargers

They charge your social battery, and are easy to be around, they are usually an exception to everything, they can hug and talk to you at all times, and you won't get bottered

But these groups can change whether we are texting, in video calls, on normal calls or irl

Literally this. You were a kid y'all, kids don't understand shit as good as you might now. ESPECIALLY if you're ND.

Like we had undiagnosed ADHD and it led to at LEAST half of the times we got in trouble with the mentally abusive bitch we got stuck with. And because we were a confused kid who couldn't always control themselves, it wasn't one of those "kid learns not to do x" sort of things, it led to being paranoid of every little thing cause it felt like EVERYTHING WE DID WAS WRONG

Kids are sometimes only a bit more comprehending than pets man. Pets can't connect harsh punishment to them being wrong, and kids can be the same. Like I can't remember what I did wrong, but I damn well remember the result.

Casual reminder that the following things are considered traumatic to small children

- neglect (physical and/or emotional)

- living in an emotionally unstable environment (for example, having parents that fight often)

- any kind of physical, emotional, or sexual abuse (not just from parents)

- consistent bullying

- etc

Remember that what is traumatic to a child is not the same as what is traumatic to you now. So think again before saying your trauma ‘isn’t bad enough’

Hey everyone, my name is Abdelmajed. I don’t usually talk much about myself, but today, I want to share a little piece of my story.

I was born and raised in Gaza, a place that has always been my home 🏡. I grew up surrounded by my family, my friends, and the streets that I knew like the back of my hand. Life wasn’t always easy, but we had love, laughter, and dreams. I used to think that no matter what happened, home would always be here. But life has a way of changing things in ways we never expect.

Over the past months, everything I once knew has disappeared. The streets that were once filled with children playing are now silent. The houses that held so many memories are now just rubble. And the people I loved—some of them are gone forever. 💔

But I don’t want this to just be a story of loss. I want it to be a story of hope. No matter how much has changed, I refuse to stop believing in better days. I refuse to stop dreaming of a future where I can rebuild, where I can find peace, where I can wake up in the morning without fear.

That’s why I’m here. To share my journey. To connect with people who believe in kindness and humanity. To remind myself—and anyone reading this—that even in the darkest times, there is still light. ✨
