Click here for a link to The Cat’s Meow’s main website.
Gracie Mae is a sweet and confident girl–very adventurous and brave! She’s bonded to her sister, Hope, and the two ladies will be 4 years old in May 2020. Gracie Mae loves to explore and play. She also loves to cuddle A LOT. She is a talkative young lady and really enjoys affection. She may be shy with new people, but once she settles in, she’s a lovebug.
Hope is very drawn to humans–she’s always the first to run to you when you come home. She loves to play with her sister, Gracie Mae, and is also a foodie! One of her favorite things is getting kisses from her human. She can be a little shy when first meeting new people, but she is very social with those she knows.

Farrah from Finding A Best Friend Rescue in Stockton, California

Say hello to Little Miss Farrah. Farrah is a petite tuxedo cat: Farrah is an absolute doll. She is affectionate and allows you to peck her and touch her and check her anywhere on her body. She is very trusting and limp in your arms. When we initially rescued her, her tail looked to be broken, but healed incorrectly. Veterinarian did not recommend to do a surgery, She does have a crooked tail, but we think it just gives her more character. She does fabulous with well mannered, animals, and children. Is about one year old and weighs about 10lbs.

Thoughts on the exit polls…screenshots taken from NBC’s exit poll.
Men really, really do not want to vote for a woman. I’ve seen this viewpoint branded as TERF rhetoric so lemme just say in advance that I’m non-binary. It is not TERF rhetoric to blame sexism for this loss, and I think we need to confront the ways in which, yes, sexism runs deep with U.S. men and we need MORE feminism, not less.
Trump did make some inroads among Black voters: 92% went for Biden in 2020. Way more Latino voters shifted, though: 66% voted for Biden in 2020. Asian voters also dropped from 63% in 2020. What on earth could account for the —
Support among white men dropped from 48% for Biden to 39% for Harris. Support among Black men ticked down very slightly but not much. The biggest change: Latino men went from supporting Biden by 59% in 2020 to 44% in 2024.
The bottom line: yes, it was the men. Men across multiple races and ages supported Harris less than Biden, and we need to be clear-eyed about that. Unfortunately in the short term I think that means, Absolutely do not run a female Democratic candidate in 2028. Because we can’t even talk about this issue without someone taking exception and wailing “NOT ALL MEN!!”
#Prev. Here's June's page!
THEY GROW UP SO FAST!... OR WE JUST KEPT USING THE SAME KITTEN PICTURE BECAUSE WE'RE TOO LAZY, ER, BUSY TO GET A NEW ONE!
This is June. She’s 6 months-old and is sponsored by Leigh Behrens. SNAP Cats rescued June from Sacramento, CA. June is a very sweet kitten, EXTREMELY playful (never stops!), LOVES (human) attention, and will need to have a kitten about her age in her new home to play with and learn social skills with. Hmmm… I believe we just might have a few kittens her age here!
If you’re interested in June (and maybe another kitten her age) please fill out an adoption application at https://www.snapcats.org/category/adoption/catsforadoption/. Thanks.
SNAP Cats uses Smart Cat, all natural cat litter.

Here's Topper's page!
WHITE CAT WEDNESDAY!
Topper is 6 years 6 months-old and sponsored by Mary DeVincenzi. SNAP Cats rescued Topper from Sacramento, CA. Topper, and his two siblings, Bear and Teddy III, are here because their dad had passed away and they needed a CH-friendly rescue to take them. Topper is very friendly and vocal. He let’s you know when he wants attention. Topper’s CH is moderate-to-severe, but he gets around just fine. However, right now Topper's not using the the litter box 100% of the time (he poops in the box but doesn't pee in it). We don't know why. Topper’s not terribly bonded with his brothers (who have the same degree of CH), so Topper could be adopted by himself. (We’d like to see all three go together, but we know that’s a longshot.) Topper gets along great with the other kitties here, so he could be an only cat or mix in nicely with your current kitties.
If you’re interested in Topper (and his brothers?) please fill out an adoption application at https://www.snapcats.org/category/adoption/catsforadoption/. Thanks!

Bereet and her sister, Jean, were found together with their newborn kittens in Apple Valley. We took these girls in and they have been living the good life ever since. Their kittens are all grown up and have moved out. Now,these ladies are ready to start their new life, maybe with you! They’ve shared kitten raising duties, talk to each other constantly, and rarely leave each other’s side. Bereet also LOVES to be held. We’d love to place these sisters together!

Fuzzy from Siskiyou Humane Society in Mount Shasta, California

Hello there, lovely humans! My name's Fuzzy, and I'm a dashing little senior at around 8 years young. You may have guessed it, I'm called Fuzzy because, well… I'm a fluffy little bundle, especially with this glorious, floofy tail of mine! At only 6 pounds, I'm all about keeping things low-key and relaxed, and I take my cozy spots very seriously. You'll often find me nestled in a window sill, soaking up the sun and watching the world go by.
I'm a shy but sweet soul, so I might take a little time to open up, but with some patience, I'll be your loyal companion. I love my solo exploration time, and I'm not too chatty, but when we connect, I've got purrs to share. My ideal home would be calm and peaceful, where I can feel safe as I settle in.
My floofy coat could use the occasional gentle groom, especially my magnificent tail! If you're looking for a relaxed, independent friend to share the quiet moments with, I just might be the one for you!
